泰山景區(qū)旅游標準化管理實施研究

【摘要】:在近幾年全球旅游業(yè)都在迅猛發(fā)展,標準化的實施無疑給旅游企業(yè)帶來不同程度的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益的增長。許多旅游企業(yè)都被列入了標準化試點單位,而作為旅游景區(qū)是旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,全國旅游景區(qū)都掀起了標準化學習的浪潮,爭相加入標準化試點單位。到目前為止,2009年被列入國家級服務業(yè)標準化試點單位已有132個,其中旅游服務業(yè)試點單位的數(shù)量約30個,2011年被列入國家級服務業(yè)標準化試點單位也有113個,其中旅游服務業(yè)試點也達到十幾個。泰山景區(qū)自2009年被列入旅游標準化試點實行至今,已經(jīng)有將近四年的歷史了,面對這些標準化發(fā)展歷程,筆者有以下幾個疑問:泰山景區(qū)在標準化實施的時候到底怎樣?泰山景區(qū)得到的期望值是否能夠實現(xiàn)? 在對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,筆者開始了論文寫作。標準化領域的著作并不多,尤其是服務方面,而且對旅游標準化的實施方面深入研究也不多,很多文章和著作都是在探討標準化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀時一筆帶過,對旅游標準化的內(nèi)涵也沒有給予權威的解釋,因此,本文在對泰山景區(qū)標準化實施背景進行分析的基礎上,找出實施中的主要問題,并期望得到一些創(chuàng)新。 筆者自2009年至今,一直致力于泰山景區(qū)旅游標準化工作,從體系建立、標準編制、內(nèi)容持續(xù)改進、標準實施與評價到后來看到景區(qū)取得的成效,通過實證、問卷調(diào)查、和工作人員交流學習等各種途徑,掌握了泰山景區(qū)旅游標準化在實施過程中的瓶頸和阻礙,并撰寫心得體會,提交報告,積累了部分標準化工作經(jīng)驗。本文擬通過實地考察、問卷抽樣調(diào)查分析法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計等各種方法,在了解景區(qū)管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,挖掘泰山景區(qū)旅游標準化實施現(xiàn)狀及問題原因,寄希望于此次研究,最終能夠在實施過程中找出解決問題的方法,同時為其他類似景區(qū)發(fā)展提供一些新的對策和思路。 本文共分為五個部分,依據(jù)選題背景提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路展開研究。 第一章內(nèi)容:本文首先論述了選題背景、研究的意義及目的、方法,對國內(nèi)外相關理論研究進行綜述。 第二章內(nèi)容:界定相關理論基礎。從標準化的含義古代來源入手,引入服務標準化和旅游標準化的理論,界定了“標準化”、“服務標準化”、“旅游標準化”三個概念,并歸納總結了旅游標準化的特點和意義。 第三章內(nèi)容:從國家層面和景區(qū)層面引入泰山景區(qū)標準化建設。分析泰山景區(qū)旅游標準化建設現(xiàn)狀和實施情況,以及近幾年通過標準化取得的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。 第四章內(nèi)容:從各個方面去探究泰山景區(qū)標準化建設和實施中存在的問題,通過問卷調(diào)查和實證分析,找出問題根源及規(guī)律,并最終得出泰山景區(qū)旅游標準化順利實施的對策。 最后一部分:探討與總結。得出本文結論,揭示以后研究的重點方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the global tourism industry is developing rapidly. The implementation of standardization undoubtedly brings different social and economic benefits to tourism enterprises.Many tourism enterprises have been listed in the standardization pilot units, and as an important part of tourism development, the national tourism scenic spots have set off a wave of standardized learning, scrambling to join the standardized pilot units.So far, there are 132 national service standardization pilot units listed in 2009, of which the number of tourism service industry pilot units is about 30, and in 2011 there are 113 national service standardization pilot units.Among them, the pilot tourism service industry has reached more than a dozen.Taishan Scenic spot has been listed in the tourism standardization pilot implementation since 2009, has been nearly four years of history, in the face of these standardization development process, the author has the following questions: Taishan scenic spot in the implementation of standardization in the end how?Can the expected value of Taishan scenic spot be realized?On the basis of the domestic and foreign research status, the author began to write the thesis.There are not many books in the field of standardization, especially in the field of services, and there are not many in-depth studies on the implementation of standardization of tourism. Many articles and works are written in the light of the current situation of standardization development.There is no authoritative explanation for the connotation of tourism standardization. Therefore, based on the analysis of the background of the implementation of standardization in Taishan scenic area, this paper finds out the main problems in the implementation, and expects to get some innovations.Since 2009, the author has been committed to the tourism standardization of Mount Taishan scenic spots, from the establishment of the system, the compilation of standards, the continuous improvement of the content, the implementation and evaluation of standards to the results of scenic spots later, through empirical research, questionnaire survey,Exchange and study with staff and other ways, grasp the bottleneck and obstacles in the implementation process of tourism standardization in Taishan scenic area, and write the experience, submit reports, accumulate part of the standardization work experience.In this paper, through field investigation, questionnaire sampling analysis, data statistics and other methods, on the basis of understanding the current situation of scenic spot management, this paper excavates the status quo of tourism standardization implementation and the reasons for the problems in Taishan scenic spot, and puts its hope on this study.Finally, we can find out how to solve the problem in the process of implementation, and provide some new countermeasures and ideas for the development of other similar scenic spots.This paper is divided into five parts.Chapter one: this paper first discusses the background, significance, purpose and methods of the research, and summarizes the relevant theoretical studies at home and abroad.The second chapter: define the relevant theoretical basis.Starting with the meaning of standardization in ancient times, this paper introduces the theory of service standardization and tourism standardization, and defines three concepts: "standardization", "service standardization" and "tourism standardization".And summed up the characteristics and significance of tourism standardization.The third chapter introduces the construction of Taishan scenic spot standardization from the national level and scenic area level.This paper analyzes the present situation and implementation of tourism standardization construction in Taishan scenic area, and the economic and social benefits obtained by standardization in recent years.The fourth chapter: from various aspects to explore the construction and implementation of Taishan scenic spot standardization problems, through questionnaires and empirical analysis, to find out the root of the problem and laws, and finally come to Taishan scenic spot tourism standardization smooth implementation of countermeasures.The last part: discussion and summary.The conclusion of this paper reveals the key direction of future research.
