【摘要】：追求健康是人類的永恒訴求。隨著人們生活水平的提高和旅游向更深層次的發(fā)展，以休閑養(yǎng)生為主的旅游新形勢(shì)成為近年來旅游發(fā)展的新潮流。休閑度假性的旅游也逐步取代傳統(tǒng)的觀光型旅游，成為新時(shí)代旅游消費(fèi)的新趨勢(shì)。養(yǎng)生文化旅游在旅游過程中遵循我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的養(yǎng)生思想和方法，并結(jié)合現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)運(yùn)作手段，從而對(duì)旅游者的生理和心理進(jìn)行一次系統(tǒng)的調(diào)養(yǎng)與升華。并通過養(yǎng)生旅游的形式，，讓游客感受到中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生文化的內(nèi)涵魅力。 中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生文化有著數(shù)千年的歷史，在形成發(fā)展的過程中吸收并融合了道、儒、釋三家的養(yǎng)生理念，形成了自身獨(dú)特的理論體系。尤其是其中的道教養(yǎng)生從思想源流上吸收了古代神仙學(xué)說、老莊道家思想、陰陽五行學(xué)說以及中醫(yī)學(xué)等思想，創(chuàng)造出了獨(dú)具特色的道教養(yǎng)生文化，也成為我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生文化的重要內(nèi)容。 崆峒山文化歷史悠久，是首批“國(guó)家5A級(jí)旅游景點(diǎn)”之一，也是甘肅旅游“東線崆峒，西線敦煌”兩大核心景區(qū)之一，被譽(yù)為“神州西來第一山”。崆峒山集全真教龍門派、正一派為一身，集道、儒、釋三家于一山，擁有豐富的旅游資源，但在近年來的旅游發(fā)展中呈現(xiàn)出“觀光型旅游偏重、養(yǎng)生度假旅游偏低”的現(xiàn)象，使得游客數(shù)量的上升沒有完全高效的轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)獒轻忌铰糜涡б娴奶嵘�。基于此，崆峒山旅游必須妥善處理觀光型旅游與養(yǎng)生旅游的關(guān)系，并努力實(shí)現(xiàn)“以觀光旅游為主”向“以養(yǎng)生文化旅游為主、觀光旅游為輔”的轉(zhuǎn)型，從數(shù)量規(guī)模型向質(zhì)量效益型轉(zhuǎn)變，在保護(hù)自然生態(tài)的前提下，在優(yōu)化利用養(yǎng)生資源的基礎(chǔ)上，打造高端的養(yǎng)生文化旅游目的地，構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的養(yǎng)生旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施，發(fā)展文化氣息濃厚的養(yǎng)生旅游。 本文基于對(duì)養(yǎng)生文化旅游的內(nèi)涵和特征的分析，首次從文化與旅游的視角提出了“心理養(yǎng)生”的概念，進(jìn)而將養(yǎng)生文化旅游擴(kuò)充為“心理養(yǎng)生”與“生理養(yǎng)生”的雙層養(yǎng)生理論，同時(shí)又區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的心理學(xué)養(yǎng)生理念，將中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中的“內(nèi)修”思想與傳統(tǒng)生理養(yǎng)生的“外養(yǎng)”理念相區(qū)分，指出兩者是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生文化中相輔相成的一體兩面，同時(shí)也是養(yǎng)生文化旅游資源開發(fā)中都應(yīng)兼顧到的重要開發(fā)思路。在對(duì)“心理養(yǎng)生”的養(yǎng)生文化資源開發(fā)方面，重點(diǎn)論述魏晉時(shí)期宗炳“澄懷味像”思想中所蘊(yùn)含的傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生理念，并在對(duì)理論方法的深入研究與探討的基礎(chǔ)上，選取崆峒山景區(qū)為例，對(duì)崆峒山養(yǎng)生文化資源進(jìn)行分類評(píng)價(jià)。從自然養(yǎng)生資源與人文養(yǎng)生資源兩方面分析了崆峒山養(yǎng)生文化旅游開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀。從崆峒養(yǎng)生文化旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、景區(qū)養(yǎng)生文化理念打造、養(yǎng)生文化旅游發(fā)展對(duì)策研究、養(yǎng)生文化旅游產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)四大方面重點(diǎn)研究崆峒山養(yǎng)生文化旅游的發(fā)展，以此構(gòu)筑以理念（Mind）為指導(dǎo)、以文化（culture）為內(nèi)核，以設(shè)施（Facilities）為基礎(chǔ)、以產(chǎn)品（Products）為導(dǎo)向的養(yǎng)生文化旅游發(fā)展的MCFP框架體系。此外，本文研究提出養(yǎng)生文化旅游行為方式要由“生理康體養(yǎng)生與心理審美養(yǎng)生”共同構(gòu)建起的養(yǎng)生文化旅游理論與實(shí)踐體系，引導(dǎo)崆峒山養(yǎng)生文化旅游資源開發(fā)過程中如何真正體現(xiàn)養(yǎng)生文化旅游理念。

China traditional culture with thousands of years of history, in the process of the formation and development of absorption and fusion, Confucianism, Buddhism and the three concept of health, has formed its own unique theoretical system. Especially the Taoism absorbed the ancient immortal theory from the thought origin, Lao Zhuang Taoism, Yin Yang and five elements the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and thought, created a unique culture of Taoism, has become an important part of Chinese traditional health culture.
Kongtong mountain culture has a long history, is the first batch of national 5A class tourist attractions of Gansu tourism "is one of the East West Kongtong, Dunhuang" two center view, known as "the first mountain in the West China. In Kongtong mountain Quanzhen Longmen school, was sent for a set of Tao, Confucianism, Buddhism three on the mountain, has rich tourism resources, but in recent years the tourism development in the present" tourism emphasis, health tourism resort low "phenomenon, the rising number of tourists has not changed completely, to enhance the effectiveness of Kongtong mountain tourism.
