南津關大峽谷景區(qū)游客旅游動機與行為特征研究

【摘要】:峽谷旅游集觀光旅游、峽谷探險、野外科考、康體游樂、休閑度假、拓展訓練與體,良好的發(fā)展前景越來越受到旅游業(yè)相關部門的重視。但是我國的峽谷旅游起步相對較晚,峽谷旅游的理論研究也較為薄弱,未形成自身的理論體系。本研究對南津關大峽谷游客這一主體進行研究,以湖北宜昌南津關大峽谷景區(qū)游客為研究對象,從游客的旅游動機入手,深入研究其旅游動機構成在人口統(tǒng)計學特征上的差異,并以此為依據(jù)劃分游客類型,對其旅游市場進行細分,歸納出不同細分市場下的南津關大峽谷游客一般行為特征和分異特征,無論是對指導峽谷旅游活動、細分旅游市場、還是完善旅游者行為理論體系都有著重要的意義。 首先,采用文獻資料分析法,對本研究所涉及的概念進行界定,分析了旅游動機理論以及旅游者行為模式理論,這是本文進一步研究的理論支撐,并在此基礎上提出了南津關大峽谷游客旅游動機和行為特征研究模型。 其次,采用問卷調查法和實證研究法,以南津關大峽谷景區(qū)的游客為研究對象,對其人口學特征和行為特征進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析;采用SPSS15.0軟件進行因子分析,總結出了游客的六種旅游動機因子:康體休閑動機、學習探索動機、社會交往動機、回歸自然動機、自我實現(xiàn)動機、情感需求動機;采用SPSS15.0軟件進行方差分析,歸納出不同性別、年齡、學歷的游客旅游動機的差異性。 最后,采用聚類分析法,以游客的旅游動機作為分類變量,對游客進行科學的聚類,細分為康體逃逸型、社會情感型、追求探索型三種類型,并以游客的行為變量進行交叉列表分析,研究其行為特征的共同性和差異性,最后總結本研究的理論成果并指出了本研究的不足。
[Abstract]:Canyon tourism includes sightseeing, canyon exploration, field research, recreation, recreation, leisure and vacation, expansion of training and sports, and good prospects for development. However, canyon tourism in China started relatively late. The theoretical study of canyon tourism is also relatively weak and has not formed its own theoretical system. This study studies the tourists of Nanjinguan Grand Canyon in Yichang, Hubei Province, and takes the tourists of Nanjinguan Grand Canyon Scenic area in Yichang, Hubei Province as the research object. Starting with tourist motivation, the paper deeply studies the difference of tourist motivation composition in demographics, and classifies tourist types on the basis of which the tourism market is subdivided. The characteristics of general behavior and differentiation of tourists in Nanjinguan Grand Canyon under different subdivision markets are summarized. It is of great significance to guide the canyon tourism activities, subdivide the tourist market, and improve the theoretical system of tourist behavior. First of all, the author defines the concepts involved in this study by using the literature analysis method, and analyzes the tourism motivation theory and the tourist behavior model theory, which is the theoretical support of the further research in this paper. On this basis, a study model of tourist motivation and behavior characteristics in Nanjingguan Grand Canyon is put forward. Secondly, using questionnaire and empirical research method, taking the tourists of Nanjinguan Grand Canyon scenic spot as the research object, the demographic and behavioral characteristics of the tourists are analyzed by descriptive statistics, and the factor analysis is carried out by using SPSS15.0 software. This paper summarizes six kinds of tourist motivation factors: recreational motivation, learning motivation, social interaction motivation, returning to nature motivation, self-realization motivation, emotional demand motivation, and carries on the variance analysis with the SPSS15.0 software. The differences of tourist motivation among different gender, age and educational background are summarized. Finally, using the cluster analysis method, taking the tourist's tourism motive as the classification variable, carries on the scientific clustering to the tourist, subdivides into the recreation and sports escape type, the social emotion type, pursues the exploration type three types. The cross-list analysis of tourists' behavior variables is carried out to study the commonality and difference of their behavior characteristics. Finally, the theoretical results of this study are summarized and the shortcomings of this study are pointed out.
