河北省滑雪旅游競爭力提升對策研究

【摘要】:滑雪是一項(xiàng)專業(yè)的體育運(yùn)動,也是一種現(xiàn)代人們休閑娛樂的生活方式;┞糜问且员┵Y源為依托,具有參與性、刺激性、趣味性的運(yùn)動旅游,能夠滿足人們的娛樂、觀光、健身、度假等一系列需求,其獨(dú)特的魅力贏得了專業(yè)人士和普通公眾的一致喜愛;┞糜我殉蔀槭澜缏糜螛I(yè)中的一大產(chǎn)業(yè),許多雪資源豐富的地區(qū)都把滑雪產(chǎn)業(yè)作為該地經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長點(diǎn)。歐洲與北美地區(qū)的滑雪產(chǎn)業(yè)已有上百年的歷史,是全球滑雪旅游者的“天堂”。我國滑雪旅游雖然起步晚,但以蓬勃態(tài)勢迅速發(fā)展起來,并顯露出廣闊的市場發(fā)展前景,伴隨著國內(nèi)大量滑雪旅游地的興起,競爭日愈激烈。河北夏季短,冬季長,造成明顯的旅游淡旺季,滑雪旅游豐富了冬季旅游,促使河北省旅游全年蓬勃發(fā)展。河北省北部地區(qū)雪資源相對豐富,又毗鄰京津,具有龐大的客源市場,,這些都為滑雪旅游的開展提供了有利的條件。綜上,研究河北省滑雪旅游具有重要的意義。 首先,分析了本文的研究背景和意義、國內(nèi)外滑雪和競爭力研究綜述、研究方法和內(nèi)容。其次,對相關(guān)概念、理論以及競爭力模型進(jìn)行了闡述,并選擇了本文要用的競爭力模型,為后面的研究提供了基礎(chǔ)。再次,根據(jù)本文所引用的競爭力范式模型,結(jié)合滑雪旅游的產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn),從旅游資源、旅游產(chǎn)品、旅游地設(shè)施、需求狀況、服務(wù)與營銷、管理與經(jīng)營、政府、外部環(huán)境八個評價因素一一對河北省滑雪旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析評價,得出競爭力現(xiàn)狀。最后,根據(jù)河北省滑雪旅游競爭力現(xiàn)狀,借鑒國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn),得出包括加強(qiáng)政府支持與管理、重視滑雪旅游人才開發(fā)、培育滑雪文化、積極開發(fā)民俗特色旅游產(chǎn)品、加強(qiáng)營銷宣傳、引進(jìn)發(fā)達(dá)國家的滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)模式和盈利模式、打造滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟與積極參與市場競爭的提升對策。希望對河北省滑雪旅游發(fā)展具有借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:Skiing is a professional sport, it is also a modern people's leisure and entertainment lifestyle. Ski tourism is based on ice and snow resources, with participation, stimulus, fun sports tourism, can meet people's entertainment, sightseeing, Fitness, vacation and other needs, its unique charm has won the common love of professionals and the general public. Ski tourism has become a major industry in the world tourism, Many snow-rich areas regard the ski industry as a new economic growth point. The ski industry in Europe and North America has a history of more than one hundred years and is a "paradise" for global ski tourists. Although ski tourism in China started late, However, with the rapid development of the vigorous situation and the broad market development prospects, with the rise of a large number of ski tourist destinations in China, the competition becomes fiercer and fiercer. Hebei has a short summer and a long winter, which results in an obvious light and peak tourist season. Ski tourism enriches winter tourism and promotes the development of tourism in Hebei Province throughout the year. The northern region of Hebei Province is relatively rich in snow resources and is adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin, with a huge tourist market. All these provide favorable conditions for the development of ski tourism. In summary, it is of great significance to study ski tourism in Hebei Province. Firstly, it analyzes the research background and significance of this paper, the research review, research methods and contents of skiing and competitiveness research at home and abroad. Secondly, the related concepts, theories and competitiveness models are expounded. Thirdly, according to the competitiveness paradigm model cited in this paper, combined with the industry characteristics of ski tourism, from the tourism resources, tourism products, tourism facilities, Eight evaluation factors, such as demand, service and marketing, management and management, government and external environment, have analyzed and evaluated the development of ski tourism in Hebei Province. Finally, according to the present situation of ski tourism competitiveness in Hebei Province, Drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experience, it is concluded that, including strengthening government support and management, attaching importance to the development of ski tourism talents, cultivating ski culture, actively developing folk tourism products, strengthening marketing and publicity, This paper introduces the development mode and profit mode of ski tourism industry in developed countries, and puts forward the countermeasures of promoting ski tourism industry alliance and actively participating in market competition. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for the development of ski tourism in Hebei Province.
