【摘要】：文章依據(jù)2005—2011年間中國30省市旅游業(yè)的投入、產(chǎn)出及碳排放數(shù)據(jù),參照序列DEA與方向性環(huán)境距離函數(shù)法,構(gòu)建了碳排放約束下的旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長分解模型,在探究旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長源泉的同時(shí),對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式作出了劃定與解讀。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果表明,污染排放效應(yīng)對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響最大,多數(shù)地區(qū)皆通過單純擴(kuò)大游客接待規(guī)模,以生態(tài)環(huán)境為代價(jià)推動(dòng)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長;環(huán)境技術(shù)效率對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長整體上呈現(xiàn)負(fù)面影響,各省市旅游業(yè)技術(shù)效率差距不斷擴(kuò)大,進(jìn)而對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長形成抑制;環(huán)境技術(shù)進(jìn)步變化對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長產(chǎn)生顯著的正面影響,且這一抑制效應(yīng)呈現(xiàn)上升態(tài)勢;要素投入效應(yīng)對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長整體上產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響,且這一負(fù)面影響不斷擴(kuò)大;旅游業(yè)環(huán)境結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的負(fù)面影響不斷攀升,生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞正逐步反噬旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展成果;"資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好"型地區(qū)則相對較少,絕大多數(shù)地區(qū)旅游業(yè)屬于"資源浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境污染"型。
[Abstract]:On the basis of 2005 - 2011 years Chinese 30 provinces tourism investment, output and carbon emissions data, reference sequence DEA and the direction of distance function method, the construction of carbon emissions under the constraints of tourism economic growth decomposition model in exploring the source of tourism economic growth at the same time, made provisions and interpretation of the development model of tourism economy. The empirical results show that the pollution emission effect of the greatest impact on tourism economic growth in most areas, through the simple expansion of tourist reception scale, promote the tourism economic growth at the expense of the ecological environment; environmental technology efficiency of tourism economic growth has a negative impact on the overall technical efficiency gap between provinces and cities, the tourism industry continues to expand, and the tourism economy growth inhibition; technological progress changes have a significant positive impact on the tourism economic growth, and the inhibitory effect of the rising trend of elements; Put into effect on tourism economic growth have a negative impact on the whole, and the negative impact of expanding; the effect of environmental structure of tourism on the negative impact of tourism economic growth continues to rise, the destruction of the ecological environment is gradually turned the tourism economic development achievements; "resource saving, environment friendly type is relatively less" area, the vast majority of regional tourism is a waste of resources, pollution of the environment ".
