【摘要】：邊境旅游是一種特殊的旅游形式。它是依托相鄰國家邊境線上的自然、人文資源發(fā)展起來的一種新興旅游方式，既是一種重要的國內旅游，也是國內旅游的延伸。 發(fā)展邊境旅游，不僅可以繁榮邊境地區(qū)的經濟，還可以促進中越人民之間的了解，鞏固邊疆的穩(wěn)定，而且對整個國家的對外開放和國際間的經貿合作都起著非常重要的作用。 廣西作為全國少有的“沿邊、沿�！笔^(qū)，旅游資源得天獨厚。分析研究結果表明，廣西邊境地區(qū)旅游資源的特色是：獨特的原生態(tài)景觀和濱海自然風光、以京族等為代表的少數(shù)民族風情、完善的邊關軍事體系、教育意義極強的紅色革命遺址和活躍的邊貿等，共同構成了廣西邊境地區(qū)發(fā)展旅游的資源基礎。但與其它邊境地區(qū)相比，廣西邊境旅游發(fā)展仍然較落后。 文章在借鑒國內外發(fā)展邊境旅游經驗的基礎上，結合廣西邊境地區(qū)資源、市場等條件，尋求廣西邊境旅游的發(fā)展對策。根據(jù)國家標準《旅游資源分類、調查與評價（GB/T18972-2003）》對整個廣西邊境地區(qū)的旅游資源進行分類，總結該地區(qū)旅游資源的特點，劃分出不同資源類型，確定相應的旅游功能；通過對游客問卷調查及專訪等，對邊境地區(qū)旅游市場進行評價，并預測旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢；走訪相關的旅游企業(yè)，，較全面地總結目前邊境地區(qū)旅游企業(yè)成敗的經驗教訓；針對邊境地區(qū)旅游資源具有邊貿、生態(tài)、歷史、民族文化等特點，在主體功能的理論指導下，劃分出三個旅游功能圈，并通過沿邊公路將三者有機地聯(lián)系在一起，組成完整的綜合旅游帶。期望上述對策對邊境地區(qū)旅游發(fā)展有所幫助，也為廣西各地旅游的理性發(fā)展提供積極的參考。
[Abstract]:Border tourism is a special form of tourism. It is a new type of tourism which relies on the natural and humanistic resources of neighboring countries. It is not only an important domestic tourism, but also an extension of domestic tourism. The development of border tourism can not only prosper the economy of the border areas, but also promote the understanding between the Chinese and Vietnamese people, consolidate the stability of the border areas, and play a very important role in the opening up of the whole country and the international economic and trade cooperation. As one of the rare "border and coastal" provinces in the country, Guangxi enjoys unique tourism resources. The analysis and research results show that the characteristics of tourism resources in Guangxi border areas are: unique original ecological landscape and coastal natural scenery. The customs and customs of the ethnic minorities represented by the Jing nationality, the perfect military system at the border crossing, the red revolutionary ruins with strong educational significance and the active border trade, etc. Together, it forms the resource base of developing tourism in the border areas of Guangxi, but compared with other border areas, the development of border tourism in Guangxi is still relatively backward. Based on the experience of developing frontier tourism at home and abroad and combining the resources and market conditions of Guangxi's border areas, this paper seeks the countermeasures for the development of border tourism in Guangxi, and according to the national standards < classification of tourism resources, The investigation and evaluation of the tourism resources in the whole border area of Guangxi are carried out, the characteristics of the tourist resources in this region are summarized, the different types of resources are classified, the corresponding tourism functions are determined, and the tourists are investigated and interviewed. To evaluate the tourism market in the border area and forecast the developing trend of the tourism industry; to visit the relevant tourism enterprises, to sum up the experiences and lessons of the present tourism enterprises in the border area comprehensively; to aim at the border area tourism resources have the border trade, The characteristics of ecology, history and national culture are divided into three tourism functional circles under the guidance of the theory of the main body function, and the three are organically linked together through the border highway. It is expected that the above countermeasures will be helpful to the development of tourism in border areas and provide a positive reference for the rational development of tourism in various parts of Guangxi.
