高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置研究

【摘要】:旅游業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,需要一大批高素質(zhì)技能型人才。高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置是影響旅游高素質(zhì)技能型人才培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵因素。關(guān)注高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置現(xiàn)狀,分析存在問題及原因,提出可行性措施,,對提高高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置的科學性和合理性以及人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量具有重要作用。 采用科學的研究方法研究教育現(xiàn)象和教育問題,才能揭示客觀規(guī)律,得出科學結(jié)論。本研究主要采用了文獻研究法、訪談法和比較研究法。對現(xiàn)有資料進行閱讀和整理,提出研究方向;對4所高職院校部分教師和學生進行調(diào)查訪談,總結(jié)現(xiàn)狀、問題和原因;對澳大利亞TAFE學院旅游管理專業(yè)旅游管理專業(yè)和山東省高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置作比較,借鑒其精髓。 緒論部分闡明了選題理由及研究意義,就相關(guān)概念做出明確界定,并對已有研究成果進行梳理,提出了研究方法和研究思路。 第一部分分析了山東省高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀和問題。山東省高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置取得一些成果,但在培養(yǎng)目標、課程結(jié)構(gòu)和課程內(nèi)容上存在問題。 第二部分論證了山東省高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置存在問題的原因。筆者主要從政府、高職院校和旅游企業(yè)三個角度為山東省高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置存在的問題尋找原因。 第三部分提出了山東省高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置的改進策略和保障策略。筆者對澳大利亞TAFE學院旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置進行分析,挖掘其可取之處,并結(jié)合山東省高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)存在問題及原因,提出山東省高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置的改進策略和保障策略。 結(jié)語部分總結(jié)了本研究,并提出下一步研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism industry, a large number of skilled talents with high quality are needed. The curriculum setup of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges is the key factor to influence the cultivation of tourism high quality skilled talents. The present situation of curriculum setting for tourism management major in higher vocational colleges is concerned. This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes, and puts forward feasible measures, which plays an important role in improving the scientific and reasonable course setting of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges and the quality of personnel training. Only by using scientific research methods to study educational phenomena and problems can we reveal the objective law and draw scientific conclusions. This study mainly adopts the methods of literature research, interview and comparative research. Some teachers and students in 4 higher vocational colleges were investigated and interviewed to summarize the present situation, problems and reasons. This paper makes a comparison between the tourism management major of TAFE College in Australia and the tourism management specialty of Shandong higher Vocational College, and draws lessons from its essence. The introduction part clarifies the reason and significance of the topic, makes a clear definition of the related concepts, combs the existing research results, and puts forward the research methods and research ideas. The first part analyzes the present situation and problems of tourism management courses in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province. There are some problems in curriculum structure and content. The second part demonstrates the reasons for the problems in the course setup of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province. From the three angles of higher vocational colleges and tourism enterprises, the reasons for the problems existing in the course setting of tourism management major in Shandong higher vocational colleges are found. In the third part, the author puts forward the improvement strategy and guarantee strategy of tourism management course in higher vocational colleges of Shandong province. The author analyzes the course setting of tourism management major in TAFE College, Australia, and excavates its merits. Combined with the existing problems and reasons of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges of Shandong Province, this paper puts forward the improvement strategy and guarantee strategy of tourism management specialty curriculum in Shandong higher vocational colleges. The conclusion summarizes this research and puts forward the next research direction.
