【摘要】：生態(tài)旅游是當今旅游的熱點,而森林公園又成為人們進行生態(tài)旅游的首選之一。黎坪國家森林公園位于陜西省漢中市南鄭縣境內(nèi),擁有良好的天然生態(tài)環(huán)境和區(qū)位條件。園內(nèi)生態(tài)景觀富集,環(huán)境質(zhì)量優(yōu)良,民風(fēng)民俗典型,是獨具魅力的休閑旅游目的地,具有發(fā)展森林旅游的資源條件和開發(fā)優(yōu)勢。發(fā)展森林旅游能夠保護森林資源和生態(tài)環(huán)境,為當?shù)靥峁┓e極收入和就業(yè)就會,提高森林資源的生態(tài)效益、社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益,是林業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要形式,并已成為現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)和林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)中最具活力的重要組成部分。因此,運用科學(xué)的理論和方法研究森林旅游資源,并對其進行評價和分析,以指導(dǎo)旅游資源開發(fā)和保護,具有重要的理論意義和實踐意義。 本研究運用旅游資源學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、地理學(xué)、環(huán)境學(xué)、景觀美學(xué)等多學(xué)科理論知識,對黎坪國家森林公園旅游資源進行深入研究。通過收集資料法、文獻研究法、實地調(diào)查法對其自然地理環(huán)境、社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境和森林旅游資源進行研究,全面詳細掌握研究區(qū)旅游資源的類型、數(shù)量、性質(zhì)、質(zhì)量、規(guī)模、成因、特色等；用描述因子法對研究區(qū)旅游資源的美學(xué)觀賞價值、科學(xué)考察價值和歷史文化價值進行定性評價；建立綜合評價體系,通過層次分析法、比較判斷法、專家咨詢法、問卷調(diào)查法等對研究區(qū)旅游資源進行綜合定量評價；對評價結(jié)果給予分析,并為公園開發(fā)建設(shè)提出7條建議。主要研究結(jié)果如下： 1.陜西黎坪國家森林公園旅游資源類型豐富多樣。根據(jù)中華人民共和國國家標準《旅游資源分類、調(diào)查與評價(GB/T18972-2003)》,黎坪國家森林公園境內(nèi)的旅游資源包括了8個主類,18個亞類,44個基本類型。 2.陜西黎坪國家森林公園旅游資源特點突出。公園具有優(yōu)越的森林環(huán)境、獨特而豐富的自然景觀、開闊的旅游空間、方便的交通條件和一定的旅游基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)設(shè)施和旅游協(xié)作條件等。 3.陜西黎坪國家森林公園旅游資源質(zhì)量優(yōu)。公園旅游資源評價總分為4.21分(滿分為5分)。實際評價分值與滿分比例為84.23%,旅游資源質(zhì)量優(yōu)。林景資源、山景資源、環(huán)境資源和奇特性優(yōu)勢較突出。公園區(qū)位優(yōu)勢較明顯,外部交通比較便利,但人文景觀資源、服務(wù)設(shè)施和知名度等因子相對薄弱。 4.陜西黎坪國家森林公園開展森林旅游的7條建議：(1)在保護森林景觀及環(huán)境質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)上開展森林旅游開發(fā)；(2)強化科普旅游產(chǎn)品,培養(yǎng)公眾的環(huán)境責(zé)任感和生態(tài)意識；(3)提高旅游產(chǎn)品的參與性,增加體驗樂趣；(5)挖掘地方文化內(nèi)涵,充實人文景觀資源；(5)廣開資金渠道,做好融資工作,加快公園建設(shè)；(6)促進社區(qū)參與,帶動地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展；(7)加強森林旅游環(huán)境影響的生態(tài)監(jiān)測和科學(xué)研究。
[Abstract]:Ecotourism is a hot spot in tourism nowadays, and forest park is one of the first choice for people to carry out ecotourism. Liping National Forest Park is located in Nanzheng County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. It has a good natural ecological environment and location conditions. The park is rich in ecological landscape, good environmental quality, typical folk customs, is a unique charm of leisure tourism destination, The development of forest tourism can protect forest resources and ecological environment, provide local positive income and employment, and improve the ecological, social and economic benefits of forest resources. Is an important form of forestry sustainable development, and has become the most dynamic and important part of modern tourism and forestry industry. Therefore, using scientific theories and methods to study forest tourism resources, and to evaluate and analyze them, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to guide the development and protection of tourism resources. Based on the theory of tourism resources, ecology, geography, environment and landscape aesthetics, this study makes an in-depth study of tourism resources in Liping National Forest Park. The field investigation method carries on the research to its natural geographical environment, the social economic environment and the forest tourism resources, comprehensively and detailedly grasps the type, the quantity, the nature, the quality, the scale, the cause of formation, the characteristic and so on; Using the method of description factor to qualitatively evaluate the aesthetic ornamental value, scientific investigation value and historical and cultural value of tourism resources in the study area, and to establish a comprehensive evaluation system, through the analytic hierarchy process, the comparative judgment method and the expert consultation method. The comprehensive quantitative evaluation of tourism resources in the study area was carried out by questionnaire survey, the evaluation results were analyzed, and seven suggestions were put forward for the park development and construction. The main research results were as follows:. 1. The tourist resources of Liping National Forest Park in Shaanxi Province are rich and diverse. According to the national standards of the people's Republic of China < Classification of Tourism Resources, Investigation and Evaluation (GB / T 18972-2003) >, the tourism resources in Liping National Forest Park include 8 main categories, 18 subclasses and 44 basic types. 2. The tourist resources of Liping National Forest Park in Shaanxi Province are outstanding. The park has excellent forest environment, unique and rich natural landscape and open tourist space. Convenient traffic conditions and certain tourism infrastructure and tourism cooperation conditions. 3. The quality of tourism resources in Liping National Forest Park of Shaanxi Province is excellent. The total score of tourism resources evaluation of the park is 4.21 (the full score is 5 points). The ratio of actual evaluation value to full score is 84.23, the quality of tourism resources is excellent, the forest scenery resources, mountain scenery resources, etc. The advantages of environmental resources and unique characteristics are more prominent. The advantages of park location are obvious, the external transportation is convenient, but the factors such as human landscape resources, service facilities and popularity are relatively weak. 4. Seven suggestions on developing Forest Tourism in Liping National Forest Park, Shaanxi Province: (1) developing forest tourism on the basis of protecting forest landscape and environmental quality) strengthening popular science tourism products. To cultivate the public's sense of environmental responsibility and ecological consciousness) to improve the participation of tourism products, to increase the enjoyment of experience and (5) to excavate the local cultural connotations, to enrich the humanistic landscape resources, and to open up a wide range of funding channels to do a good job in financing. Accelerating park construction and promoting community participation, promoting local economic development and strengthening ecological monitoring and scientific research on the environmental impact of forest tourism.
