XX旅行社基于業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整

【摘要】:摘要:隨著現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論得到了廣泛的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用,這種全新的管理模式要求改變之前基于亞當(dāng)·斯密“分工”理論基礎(chǔ)上的工作方式,主張以完整連貫的整合流程取代被割裂的破碎性流程,力圖使組織的工作績(jī)效得到根本性的改善。 流程再造的同時(shí)必然要求組織結(jié)構(gòu)的相應(yīng)變革。以往旅行社的職能型組織結(jié)構(gòu)使部門林立,各自為政,忽視組織整體目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),部門間摩擦發(fā)生的成本大大降低了組織的運(yùn)作效率。業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的發(fā)起要求原有的職能型組織結(jié)構(gòu)向流程型組織結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變,新的組織結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)調(diào)的是整個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)流程的連續(xù)性,各個(gè)部門不再只以部門職能為導(dǎo)向,而要以流程為導(dǎo)向開(kāi)展工作,著眼于整個(gè)組織的目標(biāo),這樣的組織結(jié)構(gòu)有助于形成內(nèi)部成員凝聚力,促進(jìn)組織更加高效運(yùn)作。本文基于XX旅行社現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程狀況,提出根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)流程再造思想進(jìn)行改革,設(shè)計(jì)出新的流程提高組織運(yùn)行效率,同時(shí)對(duì)組織機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行再造,建立起一種能夠?yàn)樾碌牧鞒谭⻊?wù)的組織,促進(jìn)新流程的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of modern network information technology, the theory of business process reengineering (BPR) has been extensively developed and applied, and this new management model calls for a change in the way we used to work on the basis of Adam Smith's theory of division of labor. It is advocated to replace the fragmented process with a complete and consistent integration process, in order to achieve a fundamental improvement in the organization's work performance. At the same time, the process reengineering must require the corresponding change of the organizational structure. In the past, the functional organizational structure of the travel agency made the departments stand in their own hands and ignored the realization of the overall goal of the organization. The cost of inter-department friction greatly reduces the operational efficiency of the organization. The initiation of business process reengineering requires the transformation of the original functional organizational structure to the process-based organizational structure, and the new organizational structure emphasizes the continuity of the whole business process. Instead of being functionally oriented, departments should be process-oriented and focused on the goals of the organization as a whole, an organizational structure that contributes to the cohesion of its internal members. Based on the existing business process of XX travel agency, this paper proposes to reform according to the idea of business process reengineering, to design a new process to improve the operational efficiency of the organization, and at the same time to reengineer the organization. Establish an organization that can serve the new process and facilitate the implementation of the new process.
