【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,服務(wù)貿(mào)易逐漸成為世界貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域的支柱,而旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易則成為了其中發(fā)展最快,勢頭最猛,波及范圍最廣的服務(wù)貿(mào)易,越來越受到世界矚目。同世界上其他國家相比,中國旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展起步較晚,但發(fā)展迅猛。河南省旅游資源也相當(dāng)豐富,河南被廣泛稱為“中國歷史文化的博物館”,地下文物和地上文物分別居全國第一位和第二位。河南省自2009年確立了“旅游立省”戰(zhàn)略以來,從近年來成功探索出的“焦作現(xiàn)象”、“欒川模式”、“西峽經(jīng)驗(yàn)”等著名的旅游發(fā)展模式,打造鄭汴洛“三點(diǎn)一線”沿黃文化游、太行山水游、伏牛生態(tài)游等旅游名牌可以看出,河南省已經(jīng)初步走出了一條屬于河南特色旅游的發(fā)展路子。 但是面臨著我國旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模,河南省的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也面臨著新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),河南省想要把旅游發(fā)展的資源比較優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化成產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)“旅游大省”向“旅游強(qiáng)省”的轉(zhuǎn)變,就必須提高旅游資源的競爭力優(yōu)勢。為了具體分析河南省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力,本文首先分析了河南省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀、特征、存在的問題,并根據(jù)波特的鉆石模型,構(gòu)建了較為詳細(xì)且符合河南省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力實(shí)際的因素模型,有助于我們更加全面客觀的了解河南省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的比較優(yōu)勢和劣勢;其次依據(jù)影響旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力因素的模型及其內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,引入了評價(jià)河南省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力強(qiáng)弱的三大指數(shù):入境旅游服務(wù)國內(nèi)市場占有率、反映凈出口的旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭優(yōu)勢指數(shù)和反映出口所占比例的顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù);最后,在綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提升河南省旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力的對策:對已有資源進(jìn)行深層次開發(fā),走生態(tài)文明的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路;準(zhǔn)確定位旅游企業(yè)與市場、政府和旅游者之間的關(guān)系;提升旅游從業(yè)人員的服務(wù)能力,建立在線評價(jià)與激勵(lì)機(jī)制;緊抓政策扶持機(jī)遇,完善基礎(chǔ)配套設(shè)施建設(shè);現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)應(yīng)走信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化及集團(tuán)化發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of the industrial structure of the world economy, trade in services has gradually become the pillar of the world trade field, and trade in tourism services has become the fastest growing, most powerful, and most extensive trade in services. Compared with other countries in the world, the development of tourism in China starts relatively late, but develops rapidly. Henan Province is also rich in tourism resources. Henan is widely known as the "Museum of Chinese History and Culture", and the underground cultural relics and the above ground cultural relics rank first and second in the country respectively. Since 2009, Henan Province has established the strategy of "tourism as a province". From the famous tourism development models such as "Jiaozuo phenomenon", "Luanchuan Model", "Xixia experience" and so on, which have been successfully explored in recent years, it can be seen that the famous tourist brands such as Zheng Bianluo's "3.1 Line" tour along the Yellow River Culture, the Taihang Mountain Water Tour, the Volcano Ecological Tour, etc. Henan Province has preliminarily taken a road to the development of Henan characteristic tourism. However, in the face of the initial scale of tourism in our country, the development of tourism industry in Henan Province is also facing new opportunities and challenges. Henan Province wants to turn the comparative advantages of tourism development into industrial advantages. In order to realize the transformation from "big tourism province" to "strong tourism province", we must improve the competitive advantage of tourism resources. In order to analyze the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Henan Province, this paper first analyzes the present situation and characteristics of Henan tourism service trade. According to Porter's diamond model, a detailed and practical factor model of Henan Province's tourism service trade competitiveness is constructed. It will help us to understand the comparative advantages and disadvantages of tourism service trade in Henan Province more comprehensively and objectively. Secondly, according to the model of factors influencing the competitiveness of tourism service trade and its internal relations, This paper introduces three indexes to evaluate the competitiveness of Henan Province's tourism service trade: the domestic market share of inbound tourism services, the competitive advantage index of tourism services trade reflecting net exports and the indicative comparative advantage index reflecting the proportion of exports; Finally, on the basis of comprehensive analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Henan Province: to develop the existing resources at a deep level, to take the path of sustainable development of ecological civilization, to locate tourism enterprises and markets accurately. The relationship between the government and tourists; to enhance the service ability of tourism practitioners, to establish online evaluation and incentive mechanism; to grasp policy support opportunities, improve infrastructure construction; modern tourism should take information, Network and group development road.
