【摘要】：隨著服裝市場的快速發(fā)展和日趨成熟,服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)與崗位需求矛盾逐步顯現(xiàn)。我國高職院校的服裝專業(yè)雖然設(shè)置了相應(yīng)的實踐教學(xué)課程,但存在著諸多問題，制約了高等職業(yè)教育實現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)、高技能、應(yīng)用型人才這一培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。因此，，就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的高職服裝教育中實踐教學(xué)的研究成為職業(yè)教育研究的重要課題。 本課題采用文獻法、比較法、傳統(tǒng)法與現(xiàn)代手段相結(jié)合法、歸類總結(jié)法、調(diào)研法等教育科學(xué)研究常用的方法，基于我國高等職業(yè)服裝專業(yè)的實踐教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀，針對出現(xiàn)的實踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)經(jīng)費投入、科技含量、教學(xué)方式、教學(xué)觀念等方面的問題進行了分析與研究，總結(jié)了以就業(yè)導(dǎo)向的高等職業(yè)服裝教育中實踐教學(xué)的特點，并借鑒國外先進的實踐教學(xué)成功模式，通過對部分國家示范高職院校的調(diào)研，從實踐教學(xué)的模式、方法及硬件建設(shè)等方面提出了適合我國高等職業(yè)服裝專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)改革的可行性建議與對策。只有以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向，不斷地對高職服裝專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)進行改革，才能使我國高等職業(yè)教育健康、持續(xù)的發(fā)展，真正實現(xiàn)高職教育人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)以及實踐教學(xué)的有效開展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and maturation of the clothing market, the contradiction between the talent training and the post demand of the clothing specialty appears gradually. Although the clothing specialty of our country's higher vocational colleges has set up the corresponding practical teaching course, there are many problems, however, there are many problems in this field. It restricts the realization of the cultivation goal of high quality, high skill and applied talents in higher vocational education. Therefore, the research of practical teaching in the employment-oriented clothing education has become an important subject of vocational education research. This subject adopts the methods of literature, comparison, traditional and modern means, classification and summary, investigation and other common methods of educational science research, based on the current situation of practical teaching of higher vocational clothing major in China. This paper analyzes and studies the problems in the aspects of expenditure, science and technology content, teaching method and teaching concept in practical teaching, and summarizes the characteristics of practical teaching in employment-oriented higher vocational clothing education. And draw lessons from the successful mode of foreign advanced practical teaching, through the investigation of some national demonstration higher vocational colleges, from the model of practice teaching, This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions and countermeasures suitable for the reform of practical teaching of higher vocational clothing specialty in China in terms of methods and hardware construction. Only with the guidance of employment, the practical teaching of clothing specialty in higher vocational education should be continuously reformed. In order to make our higher vocational education healthy and sustainable development, we can realize the goal of talent training and the effective development of practical teaching in higher vocational education.
