【摘要】：如今,農(nóng)家樂已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為中國農(nóng)民多元化生存發(fā)展的成功典范,依托農(nóng)家樂,可以使糧食資源得到充分利用,同時為農(nóng)民提供了另一種生存、生活方式。當一個村中的農(nóng)家樂經(jīng)營戶達到一定的數(shù)量規(guī)模,便可以稱之為農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村。目前南京農(nóng)家樂旅游專業(yè)村的建設(shè)已有一定規(guī)模,成為農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的重要組成部分。農(nóng)家樂以村為單位,大規(guī)模地發(fā)展,在發(fā)展的過程中,還存在區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡,農(nóng)業(yè)資源沒有得到充分利用；產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象較嚴重,影響農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村的持續(xù)發(fā)展；營銷宣傳手段單一品牌化不強；管理和服務(wù)水平不高等問題,這需要我們把衣家樂專業(yè)村作為研究對象,進行整體考慮。 因此,農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村的可持續(xù)發(fā)展顯得十分重要。本文的研究就是通過對南京市農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村具體現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)南京市農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村存在的問題,找出制約其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的因素,提出解決南京市農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村存在問題的對策,并為其他農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村的發(fā)展提供借鑒,從而保證農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。論文緒論部分介紹選題依據(jù)、研究目的及意義,國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài),研究內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新之處等。第一章論述農(nóng)家樂與農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村的相關(guān)概念、農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村的產(chǎn)生背景、發(fā)展歷程、特點、與相關(guān)旅游類型的關(guān)系。第二章介紹南京市農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其存在問題。包括南京市衣家樂專業(yè)村發(fā)展歷程、特色與效益、經(jīng)營模式、存在問題。第三章運用可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念從協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域發(fā)展、解決旅游產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化、加強宣傳及市場開發(fā)、規(guī)范管理和服務(wù)方面對南京市農(nóng)家樂專業(yè)村存在的問題提出對策。第四章以湯山七坊的可持續(xù)發(fā)展為個案分析,包括南京市湯山七坊的發(fā)展概況、SWOT分析、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究。
[Abstract]:Today, Nongjiayue has developed into a successful example of the diversified survival and development of Chinese farmers. Relying on Nongjiale, we can make full use of food resources and at the same time provide another kind of survival for farmers. Lifestyle. When the number of farmers in a village reaches a certain scale, it can be called the Nongjiale Professional Village. At present, the construction of the Nongjiale Tourism specialized Village in Nanjing has already been on a certain scale. As an important part of agricultural tourism, Nongjiale develops on a large scale with villages as the unit. In the process of development, there is imbalance in regional development, agricultural resources are not fully utilized, and the phenomenon of homogenization of products is more serious. It affects the sustainable development of Nongjiale Professional Village; the single brand marketing means is not strong; the management and service level is not high. This requires us to take the Yijiale Professional Village as the research object and consider it as a whole. Therefore, the sustainable development of Nongjiale Professional Village is very important. The research of this paper is to find the problems of Nongjiale Professional Village in Nanjing through the investigation of the present situation of Nongjiale Professional Village in Nanjing. Find out the factors that restrict its sustainable development, put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems in Nanjing Nongjiale Professional Village, and provide reference for the development of other Nongjiale specialized villages. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the Nongjiale specialized village, the introduction of the paper introduces the basis of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, and the domestic and foreign research trends. The first chapter discusses the related concepts of Nongjiale and Nongjiale professional village, the background, development process and characteristics of Nongjiale professional village. The second chapter introduces the present situation and existing problems of the Nongjiale Professional Village in Nanjing, including the course of development, characteristics and benefits, and the management model of the village, including the history of the development of Yijiale Professional Village in Nanjing, the characteristics and benefits of the village, and the management model of the village. The third chapter uses the concept of sustainable development to coordinate regional development, to solve the problem of homogenization of tourism products, and to strengthen publicity and market development. In the aspect of normative management and service, countermeasures are put forward to the problems existing in Nanjing Nongjiale specialized Village. Chapter 4th takes the sustainable development of Tangshan No.7 Square as a case study, including the development situation of Tangshan No.7 Square in Nanjing and the study of sustainable development.
