基于CPFR的旅游供應鏈協(xié)同模式研究

【摘要】:旅游業(yè)作為21世紀最具發(fā)展活力和潛力的行業(yè)之一,,在其飛速發(fā)展的過程中也伴隨著一系列問題的出現(xiàn):旅游企業(yè)的服務接待能力與旅游者的旅游需求嚴重不匹配,特別是在旅游旺季,景區(qū)人流異常擁擠,各旅游接待企業(yè)均出現(xiàn)供不應求的現(xiàn)象,旅游者的滿意度也普遍不高。供應鏈協(xié)同作為一種先進的管理模式,強調(diào)通過成員間的合作實現(xiàn)信息共享和運作協(xié)同。本文試圖從供應鏈協(xié)同的視角研究旅游業(yè)的服務運作問題,將CPFR(Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment)即協(xié)同計劃、預測與補給模型創(chuàng)新的應用于以景區(qū)為核心的旅游供應鏈模式的運作過程,為旅游業(yè)走向健康、有序的發(fā)展道路提供了新的思路。 首先,本文在回顧供應鏈相關概念與特點的基礎上,對供應鏈的主要管理模式進行了逐一比較,分析CPFR模型成功運作的關鍵因素,同時對旅游供應鏈概念的界定和特點進行了統(tǒng)一梳理。 其次,在對傳統(tǒng)以旅行社為核心的旅游供應鏈結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進行剖析的基礎上,總結(jié)出傳統(tǒng)旅游供應鏈存在的問題,并對以景區(qū)作為旅游供應鏈核心企業(yè)的必要性和可行性進行了理論分析。 再次,提出以旅游者滿意為中心、以景區(qū)為核心企業(yè)的旅游供應鏈新模式,并運用CPFR模型對其運作模式進行創(chuàng)新性架構(gòu),構(gòu)建出基于CPFR的旅游供應鏈協(xié)同模式。運用博弈論對協(xié)同機制的建立進行定量與定性分析,并從協(xié)同計劃、預測與調(diào)節(jié)供需平衡三方面闡述協(xié)同模式的運作重點,力求實現(xiàn)旅游服務接待能力和需求的最優(yōu)匹配,最大限度地降低旅游供應鏈的不確定性,提高旅游者的滿意度。 最后,為保障旅游供應鏈協(xié)同模式的良好運作,分別從政府監(jiān)管、旅游行業(yè)組織的協(xié)調(diào)、建立景區(qū)自律公約、節(jié)點企業(yè)深化合作機制等幾個方面提出了相應的保障措施,為實現(xiàn)基于CPFR的旅游供應鏈協(xié)同模式的良好運作提供了有力保證。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, tourism, as one of the most dynamic and potential industries, has been accompanied by a series of problems in the process of its rapid development: the service reception capacity of tourism enterprises and the tourism needs of tourists are seriously mismatched. Especially in the peak tourism season, the scenic spots are extremely crowded, the tourist reception enterprises are in short supply, and the satisfaction of tourists is generally not high. Supply chain coordination is an advanced management mode. This paper attempts to study the service operation of tourism industry from the perspective of supply chain collaboration, and the CPFR(Collaborative planning (Forecasting and replenishment) is called collaborative planning. The innovation of forecasting and supply model is applied to the operation process of tourism supply chain mode with scenic spot as the core, which provides a new way for the tourism industry to develop healthily and orderly. Firstly, on the basis of reviewing the related concepts and characteristics of supply chain, this paper compares the main management modes of supply chain one by one, and analyzes the key factors of successful operation of CPFR model. At the same time, the definition and characteristics of tourism supply chain are unified. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of the traditional tourism supply chain with travel agency as the core, the paper summarizes the problems existing in the traditional tourism supply chain. The necessity and feasibility of taking scenic spot as the core enterprise of tourism supply chain are analyzed theoretically. Thirdly, the paper puts forward a new model of tourism supply chain with tourist satisfaction as the center and scenic spot as the core enterprise, and uses the CPFR model to carry on the innovative structure to its operation mode. This paper constructs a cooperative model of tourism supply chain based on CPFR, analyzes quantitatively and qualitatively on the establishment of cooperative mechanism by using game theory, and expounds the key points of operation of cooperative mode from three aspects: coordination planning, forecasting and regulating the balance of supply and demand. The author tries to achieve the optimal matching between the reception capacity and the demand of tourism service, reduce the uncertainty of tourism supply chain to the maximum extent, and improve the satisfaction of tourists. Finally, in order to ensure the good operation of tourism supply chain cooperation mode, the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward from several aspects, such as government supervision, coordination of tourism industry organizations, establishment of scenic spot self-discipline convention, deepening cooperation mechanism of node enterprises, etc. It provides a strong guarantee for the cooperation mode of tourism supply chain based on CPFR.
