【摘要】：在古鎮(zhèn)的旅游規(guī)劃和建設(shè)過程中,旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施是非常重要的物質(zhì)要素,它為游客提供食、住、行、游、購、娛等各類服務(wù),滿足游客方方面面的需求。隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,旅游成為了人們一種重要的休閑方式,古鎮(zhèn)旅游更是受到人們的青睞。本論文是在國家西部大開發(fā),成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)等發(fā)展背景下對川西古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施進(jìn)行評價(jià),在國內(nèi)外的研究中,對旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施的研究并不是很多,而對古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施的研究更是少之又少。 本論文首先對川西古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施研究發(fā)展進(jìn)行了介紹,確定古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施的內(nèi)涵,在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討了古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施的分類,即餐飲設(shè)施、住宿設(shè)施、游覽設(shè)施、娛樂設(shè)施、購物設(shè)施、交通設(shè)施和其它類設(shè)施。其次論文把評價(jià)分為兩個(gè)大的部分：川西古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施配置比例的確定、川西古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施性能評價(jià)體系的建立。 論文通過對川西古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施比例的統(tǒng)計(jì),運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查的方法確定了適合于川西旅游古鎮(zhèn)的服務(wù)設(shè)施比例。 論文從人的基本需求和游客的旅游需求出發(fā),在安全性、地域特色性、多樣性等方面,建立川西古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施性能的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。同時(shí),結(jié)合不同指標(biāo)的特性提出了具體量化的方法和評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的等級。論文利用層次分析法對各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重進(jìn)行了確定,計(jì)算出各單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重和指標(biāo)的總排序值。 本文依據(jù)提出的評價(jià)體系,以洛帶古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施為例,進(jìn)行分析和簡單的評價(jià),找出目前存在的問題,并提出了改善意見,為下一步的規(guī)劃和管理建設(shè)提供依據(jù)。 最后,關(guān)于川西古鎮(zhèn)旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的運(yùn)用和進(jìn)一步研究進(jìn)行了簡要的討論。在指標(biāo)體系的實(shí)際運(yùn)用中,調(diào)查人員應(yīng)隨時(shí)檢驗(yàn)評價(jià)指標(biāo)的合理性,當(dāng)評價(jià)指標(biāo)適應(yīng)性差時(shí)應(yīng)作相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,使得評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系能夠起到真正的作用,如果不假思索的套用評價(jià)體系,則達(dá)不到評價(jià)應(yīng)有的效果。
[Abstract]:In the process of tourism planning and construction of ancient towns, tourism service facilities are very important material elements, it provides tourists with food, housing, travel, travel, shopping, entertainment and other services. With the development of social economy, tourism has become an important way of leisure, and ancient town tourism is favored by people. This paper is in the development of the western region of the country. Under the development background of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, this paper evaluates the tourism service facilities in the ancient towns of western Sichuan. In the domestic and foreign research, the research on the tourism service facilities is not many. But the research on the tourist service facilities of the ancient town is even less. This paper firstly introduces the research and development of tourism service facilities in western Sichuan, determines the connotation of tourism service facilities in ancient towns, and then discusses the classification of tourist service facilities in ancient towns, that is, catering facilities. Accommodation facilities, tourist facilities, entertainment facilities, shopping facilities, transport facilities and other types of facilities. Secondly, the paper divided the evaluation into two parts: the proportion of tourism service facilities in western Sichuan ancient towns. The establishment of performance evaluation system of tourist service facilities in western Sichuan. Based on the statistics of the proportion of tourist service facilities in the ancient towns of western Sichuan, the paper determines the proportion of the service facilities suitable for the ancient tourist towns in the west of Sichuan by using the method of questionnaire. Based on the basic needs of people and tourists' tourism needs, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of tourism service facilities performance in western Sichuan ancient towns in the aspects of security, regional characteristics, diversity and so on. Combined with the characteristics of different indicators, specific quantitative methods and evaluation criteria are proposed. The paper uses AHP to determine the weight of each index. Calculate the weight of each single index and the total ranking value of the index. Based on the proposed evaluation system, this paper takes the tourism service facilities of Luodai ancient town as an example, carries on the analysis and the simple evaluation, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. To provide the basis for the next planning and management construction. Finally, the use and further study of the evaluation index system of tourism service facilities in western Sichuan are briefly discussed. In the actual application of the index system, investigators should check the rationality of the evaluation index at any time. When the adaptability of the evaluation index is poor, the evaluation index system should be adjusted accordingly, so that the evaluation index system can play a real role. If the evaluation system is applied without thinking, the evaluation system will not be able to achieve the desired effect.
