珠澳旅游市場(chǎng)一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著近年來(lái)港、澳與珠三角之間經(jīng)濟(jì)合作發(fā)展越來(lái)越緊密,促進(jìn)珠澳同城發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略被提上日程,珠海與澳門之間的地緣優(yōu)勢(shì),,使其發(fā)展區(qū)域一體化戰(zhàn)略具有先天優(yōu)勢(shì)。而對(duì)于兩地都屬于支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)之一的旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題受到政府及有關(guān)部門的重視。本文就珠澳旅游市場(chǎng)一體化問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,詳細(xì)分析珠海與澳門旅游業(yè)各自的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展特點(diǎn),并利用企業(yè)管理戰(zhàn)略理論中的SWOT分析方法分析珠澳區(qū)域旅游市場(chǎng)一體化的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),以此來(lái)分析珠海與澳門的旅游業(yè)是否存在一體化的可行性和必要性,并提出促進(jìn)珠澳旅游市場(chǎng)一體化的策略建議。 主要研究?jī)?nèi)容分為以下五個(gè)部分: 第一部分是相關(guān)概念及理論的介紹,主要對(duì)旅游資源、旅游市場(chǎng)等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,并對(duì)本文研究的主要理論依據(jù)——區(qū)域分工與合作理論進(jìn)行了分析。珠澳旅游市場(chǎng)一體化的理論依據(jù)為區(qū)域分工與合作理論中的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論和資源稟賦理論,由于珠海與澳門存在著資源稟賦差異,兩地之間具有形成互補(bǔ)性一體化旅游市場(chǎng)的前提和基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分對(duì)珠海、澳門旅游市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的分析。主要從旅游資源、旅游設(shè)施、游客特征等幾個(gè)方面分析兩地的旅游市場(chǎng)狀況。 第三部分是本文的核心部分,著重對(duì)珠澳旅游市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行SWOT分析,得出珠澳兩地在資源、區(qū)位、交通、政策等方面存在較大的優(yōu)勢(shì),而劣勢(shì)主要有旅游產(chǎn)品單調(diào),缺乏特色;旅游設(shè)施不完善,經(jīng)營(yíng)效益較差;“一國(guó)兩制”政策下的制度性障礙;旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)單一,地域狹窄限制發(fā)展等問(wèn)題。機(jī)遇方面存在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)政策扶持、良好的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境以及橫琴新區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)等利好條件。所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)主要體現(xiàn)在周邊城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇、資源、環(huán)境等要素的制約、行政壁壘障礙和運(yùn)行體制障礙幾個(gè)方面。 第四部分提出了若干條適合珠澳旅游市場(chǎng)一體化發(fā)展的策略建議。 第五部分總結(jié)分析本文研究得出的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic cooperation between Hong Kong and Macao and the Pearl River Delta in recent years, the strategy of promoting the development of Zhuhai-Macao city has been put on the agenda, and the geographical advantage between Zhuhai and Macao has been put on the agenda. The development strategy of tourism industry, which is one of the pillar industries, has been paid attention to by the government and related departments. This paper discusses the integration of tourism market in Zhuhai and Australia. To carry out research. This paper analyzes the development status and characteristics of Zhuhai and Macao tourism in detail, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Zhuhai-Macao regional tourism market integration by using the SWOT analysis method of enterprise management strategy theory. This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of tourism integration between Zhuhai and Macao, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the integration of Zhuhai and Macao tourism market. The main research contents are as follows: The first part is the introduction of related concepts and theories, mainly on tourism resources, tourism market and other related concepts are defined. The main theoretical basis of this study is the theory of regional division of labor and cooperation. The theoretical basis of Zhuhai-Australian tourism market integration is the comparative advantage theory and resource endowment theory in the theory of regional division of labor and cooperation. Because of the difference of resource endowment between Zhuhai and Macao, there is a premise and foundation to form a complementary and integrated tourism market between the two places. The second part analyzes the current situation and characteristics of Zhuhai and Macao tourism market. It mainly analyzes the tourism market situation from the aspects of tourism resources, tourist facilities, tourist characteristics and so on. The third part is the core part of this paper, focusing on the Zhuhai-Australian tourism market SWOT analysis, the two places in the resources, location, transportation, policy and other aspects of greater advantages. But the disadvantage mainly has the tourism product monotonous, lacks the characteristic; The tourism facilities are not perfect and the operating efficiency is poor; Institutional obstacles under the policy of "one country, two systems"; The structure of tourism industry is single, and the development of tourism industry is restricted by the narrow area. There are some policy support for tourism industry in the aspect of opportunity. Good macroeconomic environment and the development of Hengqin new area and other favorable conditions. The challenges are mainly reflected in the surrounding cities increased competition, resources, environment and other factors constraints. Administrative barrier obstacle and operation system obstacle several respects. Part 4th puts forward a number of strategic suggestions suitable for the integrated development of Zhuhai-Australian tourism market. Part 5th summarizes and analyzes the conclusions of this study.
