【摘要】:云南溫泉眾多,地緣廣袤,這是國(guó)內(nèi)其它地方不具備的天然條件。十幾年來(lái),云南的溫泉投資熱潮不斷,就云南省目前的溫泉休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)而言,既有老式的溫泉療養(yǎng)院,也有新近開(kāi)發(fā)的溫泉度假村。據(jù)最近一份調(diào)查顯示,云南省大小溫泉項(xiàng)目60多個(gè),門票從50元到300元不等,滿足了游客多元化的消費(fèi)需求。其中比較有名的是騰沖火山熱海溫泉、大理地?zé)釃?guó) 溫泉、柏聯(lián)SPA度假村等等。天然溫泉、黃龍玉、滇西抗戰(zhàn)歷史遺址,是云南省保山市龍陵縣政府近年開(kāi)發(fā)的三大旅游資源。邦臘掌溫泉度假區(qū),是縣政府未來(lái)五年發(fā)展規(guī)劃中的龍頭項(xiàng)目和投資重點(diǎn)。邦臘掌趁著當(dāng)前旅游轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的市場(chǎng)契機(jī),重鎮(zhèn)旗鼓,以其特有的溫泉品質(zhì)作為吸引力和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,,決定重新打造溫泉旅游發(fā)展,建設(shè)成為世界品牌的國(guó)際頤養(yǎng)中心。這一品牌戰(zhàn)略,引申出以下問(wèn)題:1、和早已遍布各地的知名溫泉相比,什么才是邦臘掌溫泉真正的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)?2、作為戰(zhàn)略品牌的邦臘掌溫泉有沒(méi)有自己專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)的管理模式?3、如何處理保護(hù)與開(kāi)發(fā)的關(guān)系?4、從資源優(yōu)勢(shì)到競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),文化創(chuàng)意是關(guān)鍵,機(jī)制創(chuàng)新是核心,作為旅游精品項(xiàng)目的邦臘掌溫泉,有沒(méi)有自己的前瞻性判斷和戰(zhàn)略性策劃?探討這些問(wèn)題的意義和價(jià)值,才能觸及邦臘掌溫泉品牌的實(shí)質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Yunnan numerous hot springs, geopolitical vast, this is the natural condition of other parts of China do not have. Ten years, Yunnan hot spring investment boom continued, the hot spring leisure industry in Yunnan Province, both the old spa, there are newly developed hot springs resort. According to a recent survey, Yunnan province the size of hot springs project more than 60, tickets ranging from 50 yuan to 300 yuan, to meet the tourists diversified consumer demand. One of the more famous is the Tengchong volcano hot spring spa, Dali Direguo Hote
Hot springs, Bailian SPA Resort and so on. Natural hot springs, huanglongyu, western war historical sites, is the three largest tourism resources development of Baoshan city government in Longling County of Yunnan Province in recent years. The Banglazhang hot spring resort, is the county government in the next five years in development planning leading projects and investment focus. Banglazhang while upgrading the market opportunity, the transformation of tourism industry forward, with its unique quality of the hot springs as attractive and core competitiveness, decided to re create the hot spring tourism development, construction has become a world brand international maintenance center. The brand strategy, extended to the following questions: 1, compared with the already famous hot springs all over the world, what is the state the Wax Palm Spa real resource advantage? 2, as a strategic brand Banglazhang hot springs have its own professional management mode? 3, how to deal with the relationship between protection and development? 4, from resource advantage to competitive advantage, Culture and creativity is the key. Mechanism innovation is the core. As a good tourist product, bang La palm hot spring has its own forward-looking judgement and strategic planning. To explore the significance and value of these problems, we can touch the essence of the brand of bang La palm hot spring.
