【摘要】：海島以其豐富的資源、獨(dú)特的景觀(guān)獲得越來(lái)越多的各地游客和旅游愛(ài)好者的青睞,特別是那些保持原生態(tài)的、未開(kāi)發(fā)的海島已成為人們向往的旅游勝地。因此海島旅游開(kāi)發(fā)已成為海洋旅游開(kāi)發(fā)中的一股新力量。西沙群島從未對(duì)外開(kāi)放過(guò),人口密度小,遠(yuǎn)離喧囂的鬧市,無(wú)工業(yè)污染,自然環(huán)境奇特,生態(tài)自成系統(tǒng)。島上陸地與附近海域都非常潔凈,熱帶海島風(fēng)光奇麗,完全具備“陽(yáng)光、沙灘、空氣、海水、綠色”五大旅游要素.對(duì)西沙群島旅游的開(kāi)發(fā)的研究將為海島旅游開(kāi)發(fā)帶來(lái)新的篇章,本文通過(guò)理論與實(shí)際結(jié)合的方式,在實(shí)地考察的基礎(chǔ)上,全面分析和探討了西沙群島旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與研究,為西沙群島旅游開(kāi)發(fā)提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論支撐。 本文首先對(duì)海島旅游的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外海島旅游的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的梳理和分析,可看出可持續(xù)化思想是海島旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的核心理念。 其次,本文選取塞舌爾群島、馬爾代夫群島、夏威夷群島和愛(ài)德華王子島這四個(gè)著名海島的旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行案例分析,從中吸取成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示,為西沙群島旅游開(kāi)發(fā)提供借鑒。在以上基礎(chǔ)上,本文運(yùn)用SW0T全面分析了西沙群島旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的可行性,并以實(shí)地問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式,調(diào)查和分析了西沙群島旅游資源的市場(chǎng)潛力和開(kāi)發(fā)前景,最終提出了西沙旅游群島旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的基本構(gòu)想： (1)提出“以保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境為核心、以可持續(xù)發(fā)展為根本目的”的開(kāi)發(fā)原則及理念,旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)海島旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的個(gè)性化和多樣化； (2)提出以永興島為核心區(qū)域的近期、中期及遠(yuǎn)期開(kāi)發(fā)空間戰(zhàn)略布局,打造“生態(tài)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)圈”： (3)提出“以生產(chǎn)精品旅游產(chǎn)品”為指導(dǎo)思想,打造出“主題、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)、高端”三種不同品質(zhì)和規(guī)格的旅游產(chǎn)品,從而建立起西沙獨(dú)特的旅游產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)效益最大化。 最后,本文從島嶼可持續(xù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的角度出發(fā),為西沙群島旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的生態(tài)、纖濟(jì)、文化和安全這四個(gè)方面提出了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的策略。
[Abstract]:Island with its rich resources, unique landscape has been more and more tourists and tourism enthusiasts around the favor, especially those who maintain the original ecology. The undeveloped islands have become the tourist attractions that people yearn for. Therefore, the island tourism development has become a new force in the development of marine tourism. Xisha Islands have never been open to the outside world, with small population density and far from the noisy downtown. No industrial pollution, unique natural environment, ecological system. The island land and nearby waters are very clean, tropical island scenery, full of "sunshine, sand, air, sea water." The research on the tourism development of Xisha Islands will bring a new chapter to the development of island tourism. This paper combines theory with practice, and on the basis of field investigation. The development and research of tourism resources in Xisha Islands are analyzed and discussed in an all-round way, which provides a solid theoretical support for tourism development in Xisha Islands. Firstly, this paper introduces the related theories of island tourism in detail. By combing and analyzing the development trend of island tourism at home and abroad, we can see that the idea of sustainability is the core idea of island tourism development. Secondly, this paper selects Seychelles Islands, Maldives Islands, Hawaii Islands and Prince Edward Island four famous island tourism resources development case study, from which to learn successful experience and inspiration. On the basis of the above, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the feasibility of tourism development in Xisha Islands by using SW0T, and makes a questionnaire survey on the spot. This paper investigates and analyzes the market potential and development prospect of tourism resources in Xisha Islands, and finally puts forward the basic conception of tourism development in Xisha Islands. (1) to put forward the development principle and idea of "to protect the ecological environment as the core, to take the sustainable development as the basic purpose", in order to realize the individuation and diversification of the island tourism development; (2) to put forward the strategic layout of space development in the near, medium and long term with Yongxing Island as the core area, and to create "ecotourism economic circle": The paper puts forward three kinds of tourism products of different quality and specifications, which are "producing high-quality tourism products" as the guiding ideology, creating three kinds of tourism products of different quality and specifications, thus establishing the unique tourism product production system of Xisha. To maximize benefits. Finally, from the point of view of the island sustainable ecosystem, this paper puts forward the strategies of sustainable development for the tourism development of Xisha Islands in four aspects: ecology, Xianji, culture and security.
