【摘要】：旅游觀光農(nóng)業(yè)是農(nóng)事活動與旅游相結(jié)合的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展形式。主要是為那些不了解農(nóng)業(yè)、不熟悉農(nóng)村,或者回農(nóng)村尋根,渴望在節(jié)假日到郊外觀光、旅游、度假的城市居民服務(wù)的,其目標(biāo)市場主要在城市居民。利用農(nóng)村的自然風(fēng)光作為旅游資源,提供必要的生活設(shè)施,讓游客從事農(nóng)耕、收獲、采摘、垂釣、飼養(yǎng)等活動,享受回歸自然的樂趣,也叫觀光旅游。農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的發(fā)展,不僅可以豐富城鄉(xiāng)人民的精神生活,優(yōu)化投資環(huán)境等,而且達(dá)到了農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會效益的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展我國的旅游觀光農(nóng)業(yè)也發(fā)展的如火如茶,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新亮點。 該論文是從對旅游觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的定位和旅游觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的特色等方面進(jìn)行介紹,主要是采用了SWOT分析法結(jié)合湖南當(dāng)?shù)氐膶嶋H情況對旅游觀光農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,不僅是為了研究湖南旅游觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展遇到的問題,而且希望通過對湖南的研究進(jìn)而為全國旅游觀光業(yè)的發(fā)展提供經(jīng)驗和解決問題的對策。 所以本論文分四步對旅游觀光農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,首先是對研究旅游農(nóng)業(yè)背景意義和目的進(jìn)行介紹,并且把國內(nèi)外的旅游農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的狀況進(jìn)行對比總結(jié)經(jīng)驗；其次是對旅游觀光農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行定位并且對相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行分析；然后就是采用SWOT的方法對湖南旅游觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析,明確指出了在發(fā)展過程中所擁有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢以及面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇；最后是對湖南省旅游觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了可行的意見和遇到問題的解決對策。
[Abstract]:Tourism agriculture is a form of agricultural development that combines agricultural activities with tourism. It is mainly for those who do not understand agriculture, not familiar with rural areas, or return to rural roots, eager to visit the countryside during holidays, tourism. For urban residents on holiday, the target market is mainly urban residents. Using the natural scenery in rural areas as tourism resources, providing the necessary living facilities for tourists to engage in farming, harvesting, harvesting, fishing. The development of agricultural tourism can not only enrich the spiritual life of urban and rural people, optimize the investment environment, but also achieve agricultural ecology. With the development of economy, the tourism and sightseeing agriculture of our country has also developed as hot as tea, and has become a new bright spot in the development of rural economy. This paper introduces the orientation of tourism agriculture and the characteristics of tourism agriculture, mainly using SWOT analysis method combined with the actual situation of Hunan tourism agriculture analysis. Not only in order to study the current situation and problems encountered in the development of tourism and tourism agriculture in Hunan, but also to provide experience and countermeasures for the development of tourism and tourism industry in China through the study of Hunan. So this paper is divided into four steps of tourism agriculture analysis, the first is to study the background and purpose of tourism agriculture to introduce, and domestic and foreign tourism agriculture development of the status of comparative summary of experience; Secondly, the orientation of tourism agriculture and related concepts are analyzed. Then it analyzes the development of tourism agriculture in Hunan by using the method of SWOT, and points out the advantages and disadvantages and the challenges and opportunities in the process of development. Finally, the author puts forward some feasible suggestions and solutions to the problems encountered in the development of tourism agriculture in Hunan Province.
