【摘要】:隨著旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,散客“個性化”自助游逐漸成為旅游市場的發(fā)展主流,而自助旅游者通常在旅游中對信息和相關旅游服務比跟團旅游者有更多的需求。因此,如何為旅行者提供快捷的便利信息,隨時隨地地滿足旅行者的需求成為旅游業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的關鍵。 伴隨著無線通信技術、計算機網(wǎng)絡設施以及手持設備的不斷發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外已經(jīng)推出了一些以手機為平臺的移動旅游服務,受到旅游者的追捧。但是,目前的旅游信息系統(tǒng)普遍存在很多問題,缺少個性化和應變性。為此,本文將情景感知計算(不斷適應用戶位置、周圍人群及事物的信息,以及這些事物隨著時間的變化的一種計算方法)引入現(xiàn)有旅行系統(tǒng)中,從而能夠依據(jù)用戶行為及所處環(huán)境為用戶提供即時有效的服務。 本文在查閱了大量國內(nèi)外情景感知與旅游信息系統(tǒng)相關知識的基礎上,進行了如下主要研究。 首先,對旅游活動中的情景信息分類獲取獲取方法、引入本體建模方法進行了研究,然后利用本體建模方法對旅游活動中的情景本體和本體之間的關系進行建模,建立了新的情景模型——TCOM模型,并利用Protege開發(fā)工具實現(xiàn)建模,為后文的情景推理奠定了基礎。 其次,本文引入規(guī)則推理,利用OWL語言對TCOM模型中的本體和本體之間的關系進行規(guī)則表示,構(gòu)成旅游活動中的本體知識庫。采用Jena規(guī)則推理引擎,以知識庫中的規(guī)則為依據(jù),實現(xiàn)了從直接獲取的低層情景信息推演出高層的隱式的情景信息,從而有針對性地為旅行者推薦旅游活動。 最后,本文結(jié)合旅游活動和情景信息的特點,建立了TCOA系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),該架構(gòu)以核心服務層提供的本體查詢模塊和本體推理模塊實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的主要功能。圍繞該架構(gòu),利用信息技術本文成功設計并開發(fā)了自適應旅游活動與推薦系統(tǒng),以支持本文研究成果的應用。 本文研究了情景感知在旅游活動中的應用,由于過去學術界對情景感知的研究大多數(shù)是針對智能空間環(huán)境,所以本文的研究內(nèi)容具有很高的開拓性。本文最終為游客提供了一個智能旅行助手,能夠根據(jù)游客的個人信息、用戶偏好、游覽記錄及所處環(huán)境等向其推薦相應的服務,與傳統(tǒng)的旅行助手相比更能充分地滿足游客的旅行需求,對提高旅行者自助游積極性、促進旅游業(yè)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of the tourism industry, the individual "personalized" travel has gradually become the mainstream of the development of the tourism market, and self-help tourists usually in tourism information and tourism related services compared with the group of tourists have more demand. Therefore, how to provide convenience for travelers to express information, the key to meet the needs of travelers become whenever and wherever possible the rapid development of the tourism industry.
With the continuous development of wireless communication technology, computer network facilities and handheld devices, both at home and abroad have been introduced in the mobile phone mobile travel service platform, by tourists sought after. However, the current tourism information system exists many problems, lack of personalized and contingency. Therefore, this article will continue (context aware computing to adapt to the user's location, the people around and things, and these things with a calculation method of time) into the existing travel system, which can be based on user behavior and the environment to provide prompt and effective service for users.
On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign situational awareness and tourism information system, this paper has carried out the following main research.
First of all, the scene information classification in tourism activities to obtain access methods, the introduction of ontology modeling methods are studied, then use ontology modeling method to model the relationship between the tourism activities in the context of ontology and ontology, a scene: the TCOM model of the new model, and use Protege tools to achieve the modeling, laid the foundation for the situational inference.
Secondly, this paper introduces the rules inference rules on the relationship between the ontology and the TCOM model in the use of OWL language, ontology knowledge base composed of tourism activity. The Jena rule of inference engine, the knowledge base rules as the basis, from the implementation of the low level context information to deduce implicit high-level scene direct access to information, to recommend tourism activities for travelers.
Finally, this paper combined with the characteristics of tourism activities and the scene information, and establishes the TCOA system architecture, the main function of the architecture to the core service layer provides the ontology query module and ontology reasoning module system. The architecture, the use of information technology to the design and development of tourism activities and adaptive recommendation system, to support the application of this study results.
This paper studies the application of context awareness in the tourism activities, because of the past research on context awareness in academic circles is most intelligent space environment, so the research content of this paper is to develop a high. This paper provides an intelligent assistant for tourists travel, tourists can according to personal information, user preferences, visit the record and the environment corresponding to the recommendation service, compared with the traditional travel assistant can fully meet the needs of tourists, travelers to improve travel enthusiasm, has very important significance to promote the tourism development.
