【摘要】：新時(shí)期高等教育內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的巨大變化對(duì)高等教育經(jīng)費(fèi)的管理提出了新要求。面對(duì)這種全新的挑戰(zhàn),一方面需要從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理視域提升對(duì)新形勢(shì)下加強(qiáng)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)管理必要性的認(rèn)識(shí),正確感知與理性辨析當(dāng)前高等教育經(jīng)費(fèi)管理中存在的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn),另一方面還應(yīng)在實(shí)踐中從戰(zhàn)略意識(shí)上關(guān)注風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從組織架構(gòu)上預(yù)防風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從使用過(guò)程中控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn),確保高校持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Great changes in the internal and external environment of higher education in the new period put forward new requirements for the management of higher education funds. In the face of this new challenge, on the one hand, it is necessary to raise the awareness of the necessity of strengthening the management of educational funds under the new situation from the perspective of risk management, and to correctly perceive and rationally analyze all kinds of risks existing in the management of funds for higher education at present. On the other hand, we should pay attention to the risk from the strategic consciousness in practice, prevent the risk from the organizational structure, control the risk from the use process, and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the university.
