【摘要】：從我國(guó)上市公司融資約束下資金籌集的角度出發(fā),利用我國(guó)A股制造業(yè)上市公司的經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),探討了經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)現(xiàn)金流量的充足性、穩(wěn)定性、結(jié)構(gòu)合理性和成長(zhǎng)性對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)現(xiàn)金流量的充足性、穩(wěn)定性、結(jié)構(gòu)合理性和成長(zhǎng)性均對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)的發(fā)生具有顯著的作用,且其對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)、潛在危機(jī)和財(cái)務(wù)正常三種財(cái)務(wù)狀況的影響程度存在差異。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of financing constraints under the financing of Listed Companies in China, using the empirical data of the listed companies of A share manufacturing industry in China, the effects of the adequacy, stability, structure rationality and growth on the financial crisis are discussed. The results show that the adequacy, stability and structure of the cash flow of the operating activities are shown. Both rationality and growth play a significant role in the occurrence of financial crisis, and there are differences in the degree of influence on financial crisis, potential crisis and financial normal three financial conditions.
