【摘要】：中國(guó)商標(biāo)第一案——王老吉商標(biāo)租借合同爭(zhēng)議案暫告一段落,品牌培育人加多寶自感諸多冤屈,然而其若有完善的內(nèi)部控制機(jī)制,完全可以避免很多不必要的損失。文章結(jié)合《企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制基本規(guī)范》、《企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制應(yīng)用指引》的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,并針對(duì)與企業(yè)商標(biāo)租借相關(guān)的企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制提出參考建議。
[Abstract]:China's first Trademark case-the dispute over Wang Laoji's Trademark Lease contract has come to an end for the time being, the brand cultivator has felt many grievances from himself, but if it has a perfect internal control mechanism, A lot of unnecessary losses can be avoided completely. This paper combines the basic norms of Enterprise Internal Control and the Application Guide of Enterprise Internal Control, and puts forward some suggestions for the internal control of enterprises related to trademark leasing.
