【摘要】：近年來，我國企業(yè)社會責(zé)任運(yùn)動步入高潮，各大機(jī)構(gòu)對我國企業(yè)社會責(zé)任進(jìn)行評價，發(fā)布企業(yè)社會責(zé)任指數(shù)，來鼓勵和促進(jìn)企業(yè)積極履行社會責(zé)任，我國各大高校也應(yīng)緊跟時代脈搏，關(guān)注高校社會責(zé)任。在社會對我國高校存在諸多詬病之際，社會責(zé)任評價能夠體現(xiàn)出高校對社會作出的貢獻(xiàn)，引導(dǎo)公眾理性看待。同時，社會責(zé)任評價對高校的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展及提高核心競爭力方面具有重要的推動作用，而且有助于履行對利益相關(guān)者的責(zé)任，樹立良好的口碑，所以，高校應(yīng)該積極披露社會責(zé)任指數(shù)；另外，隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治體制改革的進(jìn)一步深入，大學(xué)這一社會主體的政治性角色開始逐漸淡化，而合理高效的大學(xué)法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)建，必將在建立現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度的道路上起到?jīng)Q定性作用，所以應(yīng)該按照企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來評價高校社會責(zé)任，使高校與時代相接軌�？墒牵壳瓣P(guān)于高校的社會責(zé)任研究少之又少，與此同時，高校社會責(zé)任評價指標(biāo)體系更是缺失，對我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)的理性發(fā)展十分不利。由此，針對高校社會責(zé)任評價指標(biāo)體系的研究刻不容緩。 本文對社會責(zé)任方面的相關(guān)理論以及國內(nèi)外社會責(zé)任評價現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，總結(jié)出我國高校建立社會責(zé)任評價指標(biāo)體系的必要性，構(gòu)建了一套高校社會責(zé)任評價具體指標(biāo)，并且利用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重，構(gòu)建評價體系，同時以石家莊經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院為例，對其2006-2010年社會責(zé)任進(jìn)行評價。本文力求建立一套具有指導(dǎo)意義的高校社會責(zé)任評價指標(biāo)體系，，使高校在履行社會責(zé)任方面有所借鑒，促進(jìn)高校的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's corporate social responsibility movement into the climax, the major institutions to evaluate our corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility index released, to encourage and promote the enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities, colleges and universities should also keep pace with the times, pay attention to the social responsibility. In the society there are many criticized the occasion in our university, social responsibility evaluation can reflect the contribution to society, guide the rational view of the public. At the same time, the Social Responsibility Evaluation on long-term development of University and improve the core competitiveness plays an important role, but also help to fulfill the responsibility of stakeholders, establish a good reputation, so, in Colleges and universities should the disclosure of social responsibility index; in addition, with the further reform of our political and economic system, the political role of university social subjects began to fade, The construction of university governance structure and reasonable and efficient, will play a decisive role in the establishment of modern university system on the road, so it should be in accordance with the enterprise standard to evaluate university social responsibility, the University and the era of convergence. However, the current research on university social responsibility is less and less, at the same time, the evaluation index system of social responsibility the university is lack of rational development of modern university in China is very bad. Therefore, the social responsibility of university research evaluation index system is imperative.
This article analyzes the current status of related theory of social responsibility and Social Responsibility Evaluation at home and abroad, summed up the necessity of the establishment of evaluation index system of social responsibility of universities in our country, constructing a set of the specific social responsibility evaluation index, and determines the index weight by AHP, construct the evaluation system, and taking Shijiazhuang University Of Economics as an example 2006-2010 years, to evaluate its social responsibility. This paper tries to establish a set of guiding significance of University Social Responsibility Evaluation index system, make the reference in terms of social responsibility, and promote the long-term development of the universities.
