【摘要】：國(guó)民收入經(jīng)初次分配之后形成了三大板塊——?jiǎng)趧?dòng)者所得、資本所得以及政府所得，三大板塊份額比例的劃分問題便是初次分配收入格局問題，簡(jiǎn)稱為初次分配問題。本文以2000-2012年上市的金融企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本，對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部初次分配的要素份額進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。通過財(cái)務(wù)學(xué)微觀角度來(lái)研究企業(yè)初次分配問題可以較為清晰地觀察到勞動(dòng)、資本和政府三個(gè)利益相關(guān)方所獲得的收入份額，能夠?qū)κ杖敕峙鋯栴}進(jìn)行微觀層面上的深入研究。本文的研究成果可以為深化收入分配制度改革提供一定的數(shù)據(jù)支持。 文章共有五部分內(nèi)容，，具體安排如下： 第一部分為緒論，主要介紹了本文的選題背景與意義，文章的研究方法、基本結(jié)構(gòu)并提出本文可能的創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分為文獻(xiàn)綜述，主要包括國(guó)內(nèi)外初次分配理論，國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于初次分配的經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究成果以及一部分以國(guó)內(nèi)金融企業(yè)上市公司為樣本的實(shí)證研究。第三部分研究了上市金融企業(yè)初次分配收入格局的演變。第四部分則具體研究了金融企業(yè)收入分配要素構(gòu)成的影響因素。第五部分是全文的總結(jié)。 本文通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，要使得金融企業(yè)的初次分配更加公平合理，在制定分配方案時(shí)應(yīng)該考慮多方面的因素，比如企業(yè)的控股權(quán)性質(zhì)、企業(yè)注冊(cè)地的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平，企業(yè)所處行業(yè)的壟斷性等。
[Abstract]:After the initial distribution of national income, three major plates were formed: the income of workers, the income of capital and the income of the government. The division of the proportion of the shares of the three major plates is the problem of the income pattern of the initial distribution. This paper takes the financial data of listed financial enterprises from 2000 to 2012 as a sample. This paper makes an empirical study on the factor share of the initial distribution within the enterprise. From the microscopic perspective of finance, it can clearly observe the income share of labor, capital and government from three stakeholders: labor, capital and government. The research results of this paper can provide some data support for deepening the reform of income distribution system. There are five parts of the article, the specific arrangements are as follows:. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the research methods, the basic structure and the possible innovations of this paper. The second part is the literature review, mainly including the initial distribution theory at home and abroad. Domestic and foreign empirical research on initial distribution and some empirical studies on listed companies of domestic financial enterprises. The third part studies the evolution of initial distribution income pattern of listed financial enterprises. Part 4th. Then it studies the factors that affect the income distribution of financial enterprises. 5th is the summary of the full text. This paper finds that in order to make the initial distribution of financial enterprises more equitable and reasonable, we should take into account many factors, such as the nature of controlling rights of enterprises, the level of economic development of the place of registration of enterprises. The monopoly of the industry in which the enterprise is located.
