【摘要】：全球氣候變暖對(duì)人類的生存發(fā)展提出了嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),人們?cè)絹碓角逦卣J(rèn)識(shí)到二氧化碳排放量的猛增對(duì)整個(gè)人類造成的嚴(yán)重威脅,而建筑業(yè)是二氧化碳的排放大戶,如何促進(jìn)建筑業(yè)的低碳發(fā)展,成為當(dāng)今世界各國研究的熱點(diǎn)。低碳建筑正是在這樣的背景下開始備受人們的關(guān)注。對(duì)低碳建筑實(shí)行一套切實(shí)可行的分析和評(píng)價(jià)方法,將對(duì)促進(jìn)低碳建筑的發(fā)展具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。近些年國內(nèi)外對(duì)低碳建筑的研究有很多,但是從成本效益的角度對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、社會(huì)幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析還比較少,而且在評(píng)價(jià)中對(duì)成本效益的因素考慮的也較少。本文所研究的內(nèi)容正是圍繞促進(jìn)低碳建筑發(fā)展這一主題,重點(diǎn)從成本效益角度對(duì)低碳建筑進(jìn)行分析,并進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究。 論文首先在查閱整理大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)低碳建筑目前在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了歸納提煉,通過與綠色建筑、節(jié)能建筑等建筑形式的對(duì)比,突出低碳建筑的低碳性特點(diǎn)。之后根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)理論和成本效益分析的特點(diǎn),分別對(duì)低碳建筑的成本和效益進(jìn)行了定性和定量化的分析：把建筑的碳排放量和碳排放交易等作為低碳建筑成本效益分析的重點(diǎn)因素考慮到定量的計(jì)算中去；對(duì)低碳建筑的全生命周期成本和增量成本進(jìn)行了分析和確定；從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境等角度將低碳建筑的效益進(jìn)行了量化分析,并對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的碳排放量進(jìn)行了貨幣轉(zhuǎn)化,對(duì)我國未來實(shí)行建筑的碳排放計(jì)量和計(jì)價(jià)、碳排放交易等具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文中建立的低碳建筑的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),也將低碳性作為評(píng)價(jià)的重點(diǎn),并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)的原則、層次、指標(biāo)的權(quán)重等進(jìn)行了分析。由于低碳建筑具有“灰色系統(tǒng)”的特性,因此采用灰色聚類的方法對(duì)低碳建筑進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。最后,通過低碳建筑的實(shí)例,進(jìn)行成本效益的分析與計(jì)量,并利用灰色聚類的評(píng)價(jià)來驗(yàn)證評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與實(shí)際的一致性。 論文在進(jìn)行成本效益分析和評(píng)價(jià)時(shí),充分考慮到了低碳建筑的低碳性特點(diǎn),無論是在定量化的分析和最后的灰色評(píng)價(jià)中,都把碳排放量等因素考慮其中,這對(duì)我國建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展、構(gòu)建低碳社會(huì)都有著較重要的理論意義和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Challenges of global warming to human survival and development, it has become increasingly clear that the serious threat of surge in carbon dioxide emissions caused by the human, and the construction industry is the emissions of carbon dioxide, low carbon development how to promote the construction industry, become the hot topic of the world. The research of low-carbon building is in this background, to much attention. To implement a set of analysis and feasible evaluation method for low carbon building, will have important theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of low carbon building. There are a lot of research on low carbon buildings at home and abroad in recent years, but from the perspective of cost and benefit to the economy. The social environment, several aspects of the analysis is still relatively small, but also in less consideration of costs and benefits factors evaluation. The content of this paper is around the promotion of low-carbon building development This topic focuses on the analysis of low carbon buildings from the cost-benefit point of view and carries out evaluation research.
First of all papers in the collection based on many literatures, the current research on low carbon buildings at home and abroad and the related theories are summarized and refined through the green building, such building in the form of low carbon low carbon building features. According to the characteristics of the related theory of economics and cost benefit analysis the low carbon building respectively on the costs and benefits of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the building: carbon emissions and carbon emissions trading as a key factor analysis of low carbon building cost considering quantitative calculation; the total life cycle costs and incremental cost of low carbon building analysis and determination; from the economic, social and environment aspects will be low-carbon building benefits of the quantitative analysis of carbon emissions and the resulting of currency conversion, the implementation of the construction of our country in the future The carbon emissions measurement and valuation, has certain theoretical and practical significance of carbon emissions trading. The evaluation index of low carbon buildings built in this paper, will also be low carbon as the focus of the evaluation, and the evaluation principle, level, index weights are analyzed. Because of the characteristics of low carbon building "grey system", so using the gray clustering method to evaluate the low carbon building. Finally, through the example of low carbon building, analysis and measurement of costs and benefits, and the use of grey clustering evaluation to verify the consistency of the evaluation results and the actual.
Based on the cost-benefit analysis and evaluation, give full consideration to the characteristics of low carbon low carbon building, both in quantitative analysis and the gray evaluation, the carbon emissions and other factors into account, the development of China's construction industry, the construction of low carbon society has a the important theoretical significance and reference value.
