長江經濟帶沿江鐵路區(qū)域聯動定價方法研究

【摘要】:為解決鐵路運價缺乏有效的區(qū)域統(tǒng)籌運價下浮機制問題,以避免鐵路局間的不良競爭,使得鐵路整體效益最大化,通過分析我國沿江鐵路運價現狀與主要存在問題,研究沿江鐵路區(qū)域定價方法。從時效性、安全性、經濟性?3?個維度進行客戶需求分析,確定客戶選擇鐵路運輸的可能性。然后,基于雙層規(guī)劃模型構建沿江鐵路運價浮動模型,并給出案例分析。最后,為保障沿江區(qū)域鐵路聯動定價的實施,提出沿江鐵路運價統(tǒng)籌策略。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of lack of effective regional overall freight rate floating mechanism, in order to avoid the bad competition among railway bureau and maximize the overall benefit of railway, this paper studies the regional pricing method of railway along the Yangtze River by analyzing the present situation and main existing problems of railway freight rate along the Yangtze River in China. From timeliness, security, economy? 3? Customer demand analysis is carried out in order to determine the possibility of customers choosing railway transportation. Then, based on the bilevel programming model, the floating model of railway freight rate along the Yangtze River is constructed, and a case study is given. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of railway linkage pricing along the Yangtze River, the overall strategy of railway freight rate along the Yangtze River is put forward.
