【摘要】：中國(guó)鐵路的快速發(fā)展給鐵路工業(yè)企業(yè)帶來(lái)了巨大的機(jī)會(huì)。作為面向鐵路市場(chǎng)的工業(yè)企業(yè)如何抓住這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì),跟上時(shí)代發(fā)展的步伐是企業(yè)需要解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。 作為新興的鐵路企業(yè),如何制定一種既能利用自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)并利用好政策導(dǎo)向去抓住機(jī)會(huì),又能克服自身的劣勢(shì)去回避所面臨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,是公司能否成功經(jīng)營(yíng)并保持領(lǐng)先的關(guān)鍵所在。 本文以RHMC科技公司作為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論中的外部環(huán)境、企業(yè)資源以及企業(yè)能力等思想對(duì)影響鐵路軌道線(xiàn)路檢測(cè)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究,并重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用EFE矩陣、企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈評(píng)價(jià)、IFE矩陣、波特“五力模型”對(duì)軌道檢查設(shè)備行業(yè)所處的宏觀(guān)環(huán)境、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析和評(píng)價(jià)。 通過(guò)對(duì)公司所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行認(rèn)真分析,利用SWOT模型和BCG矩陣得出公司備選戰(zhàn)略。通過(guò)QSMP矩陣,確立了公司應(yīng)該進(jìn)行相關(guān)多元化的戰(zhàn)略思路。明確指出該公司在保持現(xiàn)有檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)外,還同時(shí)應(yīng)該進(jìn)入鐵路線(xiàn)路安全監(jiān)測(cè)領(lǐng)域的市場(chǎng)。 作為戰(zhàn)略的一部分,還提出了該公司的企業(yè)文化中對(duì)戰(zhàn)略和愿景的表述。在如何實(shí)施該戰(zhàn)略上,提出了關(guān)鍵思路和關(guān)鍵控制措施。建議公司應(yīng)加強(qiáng)技術(shù)能力的整合,提高產(chǎn)品研發(fā)能力、增強(qiáng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,提升成本控制能力、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、等方面來(lái)提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Chinese railway has brought great opportunities to railway industrial enterprises. As an industrial enterprise facing the railway market, how to seize this opportunity and keep up with the pace of the development of the times is a practical problem that enterprises need to solve. As a new railway enterprise, how to formulate a competitive strategy that can not only make use of its own advantages and make good use of policy guidance to seize the opportunity, but also overcome its own disadvantages to avoid the risks it faces is the key to whether the company can successfully operate and maintain the lead. In this paper, RHMC Science and Technology Company is taken as the research object, and the external environment, enterprise resources and enterprise ability in the theory of enterprise strategic management are used to study the internal and external environment that affects the competitiveness of railway track line detection enterprises, and the macro environment and competition situation of track inspection equipment industry are systematically analyzed and evaluated by using EFE matrix, enterprise value chain evaluation, IFE matrix and Porter's "five-force model". Through the careful analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, the alternative strategy of the company is obtained by using SWOT model and BCG matrix. Through the QSMP matrix, the strategic thinking that the company should carry on the related diversification is established. It is clearly pointed out that while maintaining the advantages of the existing testing market, the company should also enter the market in the field of railway line safety monitoring. As part of the strategy, it also puts forward the expression of strategy and vision in the company's corporate culture. In how to implement the strategy, the key ideas and key control measures are put forward. It is suggested that the company should strengthen the integration of technical ability, improve the ability of product research and development, enhance the core competitiveness, enhance the ability of cost control, the construction of corporate culture, and so on.
