【摘要】：連云港港口股份公司東聯(lián)港務(wù)分公司(簡(jiǎn)稱東聯(lián)公司),是以主要從事散貨、件雜貨的多功能綜合性港務(wù)公司。近幾年,隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易的大幅增加及港口吞吐量的大幅增加,東聯(lián)公司在生產(chǎn)作業(yè)中也出現(xiàn)了堆存能力不足影響貨物接卸的情況。因此,為了促進(jìn)東聯(lián)公司貨物接卸的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,適應(yīng)現(xiàn)在外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,本文以東聯(lián)公司碼頭堆場(chǎng)能力提升作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其進(jìn)行剖析研究,表明通過一定的規(guī)劃和優(yōu)化,碼頭堆場(chǎng)能力可以得到提升。 本文在文獻(xiàn)研究基礎(chǔ)上,首先從碼頭泊位、堆場(chǎng)分布和貨種吞吐量及營(yíng)業(yè)收入等方面介紹了東聯(lián)公司堆場(chǎng)基本情況,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合東聯(lián)公司堆場(chǎng)作業(yè)流程,從堆存能力、調(diào)度疏運(yùn)能力、裝卸能力3方面闡述了東聯(lián)公司堆場(chǎng)作業(yè)能力現(xiàn)狀,并通過吞吐量預(yù)測(cè)模型及主要貨種市場(chǎng)對(duì)東聯(lián)公司堆場(chǎng)作業(yè)能力進(jìn)行了分析,分析表明影響東聯(lián)公司堆場(chǎng)作業(yè)能力的因素如下：堆場(chǎng)面積不足、火車發(fā)運(yùn)能力受限、場(chǎng)地作業(yè)與船舶作業(yè)沖突、堆場(chǎng)利用率低、功能分區(qū)不合理等。針對(duì)分析結(jié)果,論文提出合理規(guī)劃堆場(chǎng)面積、拓展貨場(chǎng)立體空間、加大催發(fā)力度、及時(shí)調(diào)整功能分區(qū)、合理堆碼的堆存能力提升措施;提高火車裝卸能力、加大機(jī)械勞力投入的裝卸能力提升措施；設(shè)立車輛專用等待區(qū)、實(shí)行貨物催發(fā)負(fù)責(zé)制、合理規(guī)劃功能區(qū)域、依據(jù)貨物流向堆碼的調(diào)度疏運(yùn)能力提升措施。本文提出的堆場(chǎng)作業(yè)能力提升措施,對(duì)于其他類似港口的堆場(chǎng)作業(yè)具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Lianyungang Port Co., Ltd. Donglian Port Branch (referred to as Donglian Company), is mainly engaged in bulk goods, groceries multi-functional comprehensive port company. In recent years, with the great increase of domestic and foreign trade and the great increase of port throughput, Donglian Company has also affected the loading and unloading of goods by insufficient storage capacity in its production operations. Therefore, in order to promote the sustainable development of cargo handling and unloading in Donglian Company and meet the needs of export-oriented economic development, this paper takes the capacity improvement of Donglian Wharf yard as the research object, analyzes and studies it, and shows that the capacity of wharf yard can be improved through certain planning and optimization. On the basis of literature research, this paper first introduces the basic situation of Donglian yard from the aspects of wharf berth, yard distribution, cargo type throughput and business income, and on this basis, combined with the yard operation flow of Donglian company, expounds the present situation of Donglian yard operation capacity from three aspects: storage capacity, dispatching and dredging capacity and loading and unloading capacity. Through the throughput prediction model and the main freight market, the working capacity of Donglian yard is analyzed. The analysis shows that the factors that affect the working capacity of Donglian yard are as follows: the yard area is insufficient, the train shipping capacity is limited, the conflict between site operation and ship operation, the low utilization rate of yard, the unreasonable function division and so on. According to the analysis results, this paper puts forward the measures to improve the storage capacity of reasonably planning the yard area, expanding the three-dimensional space of the freight yard, increasing the intensity of reminding, adjusting the functional zoning in time, reasonably stacking, improving the loading and unloading capacity of train and increasing the input of mechanical labor, and improving the loading and unloading capacity of train loading and unloading, and increasing the loading and unloading capacity of mechanical labor input. To set up a special waiting area for vehicles, to implement the system of cargo trigger responsibility, to plan the functional area reasonably, and to improve the dispatching and dredging ability according to the cargo flow to pile up. The measures to improve the working capacity of the yard put forward in this paper have certain reference significance for the yard operation of other similar ports.
