【摘要】：隨著高速公路近幾年的快速發(fā)展,高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)管理也變得日益重要,目前我國(guó)的高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)管理模式多種多樣,各地也都在積極進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)管理模式探索工作,因此對(duì)高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)模式改革進(jìn)行研究是具有重要意義的。 本文從國(guó)內(nèi)外高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)管理理論研究入手,運(yùn)用比較分析法等方法,研究了對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外養(yǎng)護(hù)模式,分析了目前國(guó)內(nèi)高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)管理模式,然后針對(duì)J省高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)管理現(xiàn)狀開(kāi)展了研究,指出了該省當(dāng)前所遇到的問(wèn)題和管理癥結(jié),確定了其高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)管理模式變革的方向,闡述了戰(zhàn)略管理的使命愿景和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),以及養(yǎng)護(hù)模式改革“轉(zhuǎn)型階段、試驗(yàn)階段、實(shí)施階段”三個(gè)階段的主要目標(biāo)和主要任務(wù),探討了組織結(jié)構(gòu)、流程管理和績(jī)效管理在三個(gè)階段中不同的工作內(nèi)容和工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of expressway in recent years, highway maintenance management has become more and more important. At present, there are many kinds of highway maintenance management modes in our country, and all parts of the country are actively exploring the maintenance management mode. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the reform of highway maintenance mode. Starting with the theoretical research of expressway maintenance management at home and abroad, this paper studies the maintenance mode at home and abroad by using the method of comparative analysis, and analyzes the current maintenance management mode of expressway in China. Then, according to the present situation of highway maintenance and management in J province, this paper points out the problems and management crux encountered in the province at present, and determines the direction of the reform of highway maintenance management mode. This paper expounds the mission vision and strategic objectives of strategic management, as well as the main objectives and main tasks of the three stages of "transition stage, pilot stage and implementation stage" of the reform of maintenance model, and probes into the organizational structure. Process management and performance management in three stages of different work content and work standards.
