蛇口集裝箱碼頭物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】：中國自加入WTO以后,經濟全球化趨勢越來越明顯,國際貿易的總量迅猛發(fā)展,經濟的發(fā)展推動了港口物流的發(fā)展,特別是集裝箱航運經濟,而集裝箱航運經濟的發(fā)展推動了集裝箱碼頭的發(fā)展。但自2008年金融風暴以后,國際貿易的增速放緩,經濟放緩影響到航運經濟的發(fā)展速度,首當其沖影響集裝箱航運公司和集裝箱碼頭的增長勢頭。集裝箱碼頭作為國際貿易運輸供應鏈中的重要的環(huán)節(jié),是國際貿易運輸中的重要組成,對于國際貿易運輸和港口物流至關重要。作為現(xiàn)代物流的重要組成部分,港口物流扮演著重要角色,研究港口物流,特別是集裝箱碼頭物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是重要課題。 本文以蛇口集裝箱碼頭有限公司為主要研究對象,分析了世界經濟的和區(qū)域經濟的發(fā)展趨勢,對企業(yè)所在區(qū)域的宏觀經濟環(huán)境和市場環(huán)境,及企業(yè)所處的內外部化境進行了詳細分析,并對公司內部的業(yè)務狀況、財務狀況、信息系統(tǒng)、人力資源管理和企業(yè)文化方面進行了深入剖析,總結了蛇口集裝箱碼頭外部所處的機會和威脅,內部運營管理面臨的優(yōu)勢和劣勢。文章通過運用波特五力競爭分析、SWOT分析、大戰(zhàn)略矩陣分析等戰(zhàn)略分析模型等戰(zhàn)略分析工具進行分析,為制定企業(yè)未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了依據(jù)。 本文在進行對企業(yè)的各項分析和理論工具分析后,提出了建立客戶首選的華南集裝箱碼頭港口物流中心的物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并提出具體的戰(zhàn)略實施方案和保障措施。企業(yè)應采用一體化戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)經營戰(zhàn)略、多式聯(lián)運戰(zhàn)略。在戰(zhàn)略實施保障上應注重投資保障、管理保障、技術保障、服務保障上對戰(zhàn)略具體實施進行保障,以保障企業(yè)物流戰(zhàn)略分步分階段實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO, the trend of economic globalization has become more and more obvious. The total volume of international trade has developed rapidly. The development of economy has promoted the development of port logistics, especially the economy of container shipping. The development of container shipping economy has promoted the development of container terminal. However, since the 2008 financial turmoil, the growth rate of international trade has slowed down, and the economic slowdown has affected the speed of development of the shipping economy, and the growth momentum of container shipping companies and container terminals has been the first to bear the brunt of the slowdown. Container terminal, as an important link in the supply chain of international trade and transportation, is an important part of international trade and transportation. It is very important for international trade and transportation and port logistics. As an important part of modern logistics, port logistics plays an important role. It is an important topic to study the development strategy of port logistics, especially container terminal logistics. Taking Shekou Container Terminal Co., Ltd as the main research object, this paper analyzes the development trend of the world economy and regional economy, and analyzes the macro-economic environment and market environment of the region in which the enterprise is located. And the internal and external environment of the enterprise is analyzed in detail, and the internal business situation, financial situation, information system, human resource management and corporate culture are deeply analyzed. The opportunities and threats outside Shekou container terminal and the advantages and disadvantages of internal operation and management are summarized. In this paper, strategic analysis tools such as Porter's five forces competition analysis, SWOT analysis, big strategy matrix analysis and other strategic analysis models are used to analyze, which provides the basis for formulating the future development strategy of enterprises. Based on the analysis of various enterprises and theoretical tools, this paper puts forward the logistics development strategy of establishing the logistics center of South China Container Terminal which is the first choice for customers, and puts forward the concrete strategy implementation scheme and safeguard measures. Enterprises should adopt integration strategy, enterprise management strategy, multi-modal transport strategy. In order to guarantee the enterprise logistics strategy step by step, we should pay attention to investment guarantee, management guarantee, technology guarantee and service guarantee to ensure the implementation of the strategy in order to realize the logistics strategy step by step.
