蛇口集裝箱碼頭物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO, the trend of economic globalization has become more and more obvious. The total volume of international trade has developed rapidly. The development of economy has promoted the development of port logistics, especially the economy of container shipping. The development of container shipping economy has promoted the development of container terminal. However, since the 2008 financial turmoil, the growth rate of international trade has slowed down, and the economic slowdown has affected the speed of development of the shipping economy, and the growth momentum of container shipping companies and container terminals has been the first to bear the brunt of the slowdown. Container terminal, as an important link in the supply chain of international trade and transportation, is an important part of international trade and transportation. It is very important for international trade and transportation and port logistics. As an important part of modern logistics, port logistics plays an important role. It is an important topic to study the development strategy of port logistics, especially container terminal logistics. Taking Shekou Container Terminal Co., Ltd as the main research object, this paper analyzes the development trend of the world economy and regional economy, and analyzes the macro-economic environment and market environment of the region in which the enterprise is located. And the internal and external environment of the enterprise is analyzed in detail, and the internal business situation, financial situation, information system, human resource management and corporate culture are deeply analyzed. The opportunities and threats outside Shekou container terminal and the advantages and disadvantages of internal operation and management are summarized. In this paper, strategic analysis tools such as Porter's five forces competition analysis, SWOT analysis, big strategy matrix analysis and other strategic analysis models are used to analyze, which provides the basis for formulating the future development strategy of enterprises. Based on the analysis of various enterprises and theoretical tools, this paper puts forward the logistics development strategy of establishing the logistics center of South China Container Terminal which is the first choice for customers, and puts forward the concrete strategy implementation scheme and safeguard measures. Enterprises should adopt integration strategy, enterprise management strategy, multi-modal transport strategy. In order to guarantee the enterprise logistics strategy step by step, we should pay attention to investment guarantee, management guarantee, technology guarantee and service guarantee to ensure the implementation of the strategy in order to realize the logistics strategy step by step.
