【摘要】：本論文通過對鐵路自備車采購方案的設(shè)計與實(shí)施的探討,分析了中油西北化工銷售公司(以下簡稱：西北化工銷售公司)鐵路物流管理現(xiàn)狀,剖析了西北化工銷售公司鐵路運(yùn)輸管理中存在的問題,并結(jié)合公司未來發(fā)展環(huán)境及機(jī)遇,提出了公司在未來采購鐵路自備車的具體方案及實(shí)施的保障。 企業(yè)鐵路自備車采購方案的設(shè)計與實(shí)施是應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)的方法充分考慮企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸困境和在鐵路運(yùn)輸中的各種環(huán)節(jié)因素,通過對鐵路自備車采購后鐵路運(yùn)輸組織的具體安排、整體規(guī)劃,從而解決企業(yè)未來在鐵路運(yùn)輸過程中的困難。希望通過對本論文的研究,設(shè)計出符合西北化工銷售公司特點(diǎn)的鐵路自備車采購方案,通過組織機(jī)構(gòu)、資金的預(yù)測保證方案的可執(zhí)行性,并對具體采購方案進(jìn)行了成本效益分析,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)鐵路自備車采購方案的科學(xué)性、合理性、可實(shí)施性,全面提升西北化工銷售公司的鐵路運(yùn)輸組織能力。
[Abstract]:Through the discussion of the design and implementation of the railway self-spare car purchase scheme, this paper analyzes the present situation of the railway logistics management of the Northwest Chemical Sales Company (hereinafter referred to as the Northwest Chemical Company), and analyzes the problems existing in the railway transportation management of the Northwest Chemical Company. Combined with the future development environment and opportunity of the company, this paper puts forward the concrete plan and the implementation of the company's self-spare car in the future. The design and implementation of the self-spare vehicle purchasing scheme of the enterprise is the application system. The scientific method fully considers the difficulties of the railway transportation and the various link factors in the railway transportation. Through the specific arrangement and the overall rules of the railway transportation organization after the railway self-preparation vehicle is purchased, To solve the problems of the future of the enterprise in the process of railway transportation It is difficult to design the procurement plan of the railway self-preparation vehicle which is in accordance with the characteristics of the Northwest Chemical Sales Company through the research of this paper. The feasibility of the scheme is guaranteed through the organization of the organization and the fund, and the cost-benefit analysis is carried out on the specific procurement plan. Analyze and truly realize the scientificity, rationality and feasibility of the railway self-preparation purchasing scheme, and comprehensively improve the railway transportation organization of the Northwest Chemical Sales Company.
