【摘要】：在21世紀(jì),作為服務(wù)業(yè)的第三產(chǎn)業(yè),在世界經(jīng)濟中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。隨著世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,和對運輸效率的需求,運輸服務(wù)行業(yè)顯得越來越重要。航空運輸是運輸中的先進方式,機場服務(wù)與航空運輸緊密聯(lián)系,機場服務(wù)行業(yè)也受到廣泛重視。機場服務(wù)的顧客需求更加多樣化,機場服務(wù)也被賦予更高標(biāo)準(zhǔn),諸如干凈衛(wèi)生、便利、舒適、親切、以及人性化。A機場,作為中國三大主要國際航空樞紐機場之一,在與國內(nèi)機場的競爭中面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。為了滿足顧客需求和抓住機遇,A機場需要通過優(yōu)化服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略來提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,吸引客源,贏取機場行業(yè)的市場份額。本文的內(nèi)容和思路如下:第一,介紹了機場服務(wù)行業(yè)競爭性戰(zhàn)略研究的背景、目標(biāo)及意義;第二,提出了本次研究是基于文獻綜述里的相關(guān)定義和競爭性戰(zhàn)略等相關(guān)理論開展的;第三,介紹機場服務(wù)行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及A機場的概況,并客觀概述A機場面臨的挑戰(zhàn);第四,運用相關(guān)分析工具,如PEST,五力模型和SWOT矩陣,分析機場服務(wù)行業(yè)形勢和A機場的外部環(huán)境,并通過一些數(shù)據(jù)和實證具體分析A機場的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,包括A機場的資源、能力和核心競爭力;第五,根據(jù)上述分析,針對性地提出相關(guān)舉措和建議。希望通過本研究,為國內(nèi)外機場服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展研究提供有價值的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, as the tertiary industry of service industry, it is playing a more and more important role in the world economy. With the development of the world economy and the demand for transportation efficiency, the transport service industry is becoming more and more important. Air transport is an advanced mode of transportation, airport services and air transport are closely linked, airport service industry is also widely attached importance. The customer needs of airport services are more diversified, and airport services are also given higher standards, such as cleanliness, convenience, comfort, kindness, and humanization. A Airport, one of China's three major international aviation hubs, is one of the three major international aviation hub airports in China. Facing great challenges in competition with domestic airports. In order to meet customer demand and seize opportunities, airport A needs to improve service quality, attract customers and win market share of airport industry by optimizing service strategy. The contents and ideas of this paper are as follows: firstly, the background, objectives and significance of competitive strategy research in airport service industry are introduced. Secondly, it is proposed that this study is based on the relevant definitions and competitive strategies in literature review. Thirdly, it introduces the current situation of airport service industry and the general situation of airport A, and objectively summarizes the challenges faced by airport A; Fourth, using relevant analysis tools, such as PEST, five forces model and SWOT matrix, to analyze the situation of airport service industry and the external environment of Airport A, and analyze the internal environment of Airport A through some data and empirical evidence, including the resources of Airport A. Competence and core competence; Fifth, according to the above analysis, relevant measures and suggestions are put forward. It is hoped that this study can provide valuable reference for the development of airport service strategy at home and abroad.
