【摘要】：隨著規(guī)制放松和市場化改革的逐步推進,中國民航業(yè)在打破政府壟斷、引入市場競爭機制等方面取得突破性進展。為了探討規(guī)制改革等因素對民航業(yè)發(fā)展效率的影響,本文分析了中國民航業(yè)的發(fā)展及其資源配置效率在行業(yè)規(guī)制改革和行業(yè)壟斷等因素影響下的變化情況。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),適當?shù)囊?guī)制放松能夠顯著改善民航業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展效率,同時也能夠改善行業(yè)壟斷現(xiàn)狀;而行業(yè)壟斷程度的大小對民航業(yè)的資源配置產(chǎn)生低效率的影響,說明行業(yè)壟斷程度的提高對中國民航業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的正向影響存在局限性。在實證研究結果的基礎上,本文對民航業(yè)發(fā)展效率的提高提出相應的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the deregulation and market-oriented reform, China's civil aviation industry has made breakthrough progress in breaking government monopoly and introducing market competition mechanism. In order to discuss the influence of regulation reform and other factors on the development efficiency of civil aviation industry, this paper analyzes the development of China's civil aviation industry and the change of resource allocation efficiency under the influence of industry regulation reform and industry monopoly. The research finds that the appropriate deregulation can significantly improve the development of civil aviation industry and its development efficiency, but also can improve the current situation of industry monopoly; However, the degree of monopoly has a low effect on the resource allocation of civil aviation industry, which indicates that the improvement of monopoly degree has limitations on the positive influence of the rapid development of civil aviation industry in China. On the basis of empirical research results, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions to improve the development efficiency of civil aviation industry.
