【摘要】：本文簡述了設(shè)備維修服務(wù)外包業(yè)務(wù)的概況，對(duì)動(dòng)車檢修設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述，并針對(duì)動(dòng)車檢修設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)，對(duì)動(dòng)車檢修設(shè)備采取設(shè)備維護(hù)外包的必要性、外包模式、策略、流程管理、成本質(zhì)量控制等進(jìn)行了分析。動(dòng)車檢修設(shè)備多為機(jī)、電、液相結(jié)合的精密設(shè)備，現(xiàn)有的設(shè)備維護(hù)體系以及人才結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)很難滿足設(shè)備維護(hù)的需要。但是采取服務(wù)外包的方式，要確保設(shè)備維護(hù)的質(zhì)量，就必須采取相應(yīng)的管理辦法對(duì)服務(wù)外包商進(jìn)行約束。本文從設(shè)備外包的流程制度的建設(shè)、備件安全庫存管理、共享備件平臺(tái)的搭建、備件更換流程分析、設(shè)備外包成本的控制、設(shè)備外包的合同管理以及對(duì)設(shè)備外包商的績效考核等多方面進(jìn)行了分析與研究，使設(shè)備維護(hù)質(zhì)量可以通過合同的約束和一系列嚴(yán)格的過程控制來保證。另外本文也重點(diǎn)對(duì)采取服務(wù)外包模式時(shí)，，服務(wù)外包商的備件的供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行了較為詳盡的闡述。 本文從整體上對(duì)動(dòng)車檢修設(shè)備維護(hù)外包進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃和布局，對(duì)可行的外包策略進(jìn)行了初步的探討，采取服務(wù)外包的方式必定會(huì)為提高動(dòng)車檢修設(shè)備的維護(hù)質(zhì)量、降低設(shè)備維護(hù)成本、提高設(shè)備綜合使用效率、保證高鐵運(yùn)營安全等多方面起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly describes the general situation of equipment maintenance service outsourcing business, describes the characteristics of locomotive maintenance equipment in detail, and according to the characteristics of motor vehicle maintenance equipment, the necessity and mode of equipment maintenance outsourcing are adopted for motor vehicle maintenance equipment. Strategy, process management and cost quality control are analyzed. It is difficult to meet the requirement of equipment maintenance by the precision equipment which combines machine, electricity and liquid, the existing equipment maintenance system and talent structure. However, in order to ensure the quality of equipment maintenance, it is necessary to adopt the corresponding management methods to restrict the service outsourcing. This article from the equipment outsourcing process system construction, spare parts security inventory management, share spare parts platform building, spare parts replacement process analysis, equipment outsourcing cost control, The contract management of equipment outsourcing and the performance evaluation of equipment outsourcing are analyzed and studied. The quality of equipment maintenance can be guaranteed by contract constraints and a series of strict process control. In addition, this paper also focuses on the service outsourcing mode, the service outsourcing of spare parts supply chain structure optimization is discussed in detail. In this paper, the overall planning and layout of maintenance outsourcing for motor vehicle maintenance equipment is carried out, and the feasible outsourcing strategy is discussed preliminarily. The way of service outsourcing is bound to improve the maintenance quality of maintenance equipment for motor car maintenance equipment, and it is necessary to adopt the service outsourcing method to improve the maintenance quality. It plays an active role in reducing the cost of equipment maintenance, improving the efficiency of comprehensive use of equipment, and ensuring the safety of high-speed railway operation and so on.
