【摘要】：為在協(xié)同決策(collaborative decision making,CDM)環(huán)境下對不正常航班恢復(fù)策略的可行性進行有效評估,從航空公司運控人員的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合實際運行控制環(huán)境,利用物元模型分析方法,選取5個指標(biāo)(機場安全程度、機組疲勞程度、成本、服務(wù)保障能力、延誤時間)構(gòu)建不正常航班的恢復(fù)策略評估特征指標(biāo)體系。采用可拓關(guān)聯(lián)函數(shù)及可拓評價方法確定模型中的指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并以定量結(jié)果來確定恢復(fù)策略的可行性。通過實例仿真表明,該方法可以在CDM環(huán)境下對不正常航班恢復(fù)策略進行有效的評估,為運控人員提供科學(xué)高效的建議,保障航班安全高效的運行。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the feasibility of abnormal flight recovery strategy effectively under the collaborative decision making (collaborative decision making,CDM) environment, from the point of view of airline operator, combined with the actual operation control environment, the matter element model analysis method is used. Five indexes (airport security degree, unit fatigue degree, cost, service support ability, delay time) are selected to construct the characteristic index system of abnormal flight recovery strategy evaluation. Extension correlation function and extension evaluation method are used to determine the index weight in the model and the feasibility of the recovery strategy is determined by quantitative results. The simulation results show that the method can effectively evaluate the abnormal flight recovery strategy under the CDM environment, provide scientific and efficient advice for the operators, and ensure the flight safety and efficient operation.
