【摘要】：長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶11省市水運(yùn)規(guī)模在全國具有重要地位,而且在交通運(yùn)輸總量中的比重也高于全國平均水平,水上貨物運(yùn)輸優(yōu)勢(shì)表現(xiàn)得尤其明顯。運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型的實(shí)證分析表明,水運(yùn)對(duì)長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有顯著的正面影響;但是將長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶分為東部地區(qū)和中西部地區(qū)兩個(gè)區(qū)塊分別進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)起到顯著正面作用的只是東部3省市,中西部8省市水上運(yùn)輸對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響并不顯著。要使長(zhǎng)江水運(yùn)對(duì)長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)起到更加積極的影響和作用,需進(jìn)一步充分挖掘長(zhǎng)江航道潛力,加強(qiáng)長(zhǎng)江干支流水運(yùn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),加大長(zhǎng)江水運(yùn)規(guī)模,提高長(zhǎng)江航道使用效率,增強(qiáng)長(zhǎng)江黃金水道功能。
[Abstract]:The scale of water transportation in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River economic belt has an important position in the whole country, and the proportion in the total transportation volume is also higher than the national average level, and the superiority of water freight transportation is especially obvious. The empirical analysis of panel data model shows that water transportation has a significant positive impact on the economic growth of the Yangtze River economic belt. However, by dividing the Yangtze River economic belt into two blocks, the eastern region and the central and western regions, the empirical analysis shows that only the three eastern provinces and cities play a significant positive role in economic growth. The impact of water transportation on economic growth in 8 provinces and cities in the central and western regions is not significant. In order to make the Yangtze River water transport play a more positive role in the economic growth of the Yangtze River economic belt, it is necessary to further fully tap the potential of the Yangtze River channel, strengthen the infrastructure construction of the Yangtze River trunk and tributaries, and increase the scale of the Yangtze River water transport. Improve the use of the Yangtze River channel efficiency, enhance the Yangtze River golden waterway function.
