中集集團(tuán)事業(yè)部財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)考核體系的評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:組織績效評(píng)價(jià)是管理者運(yùn)用一定的財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)組織的整體運(yùn)營效果作出的概括性評(píng)價(jià)。通過有效的評(píng)價(jià),可以為管理人員和利益相關(guān)者提供相關(guān)信息,為改善組織績效指明方向。本文通過對(duì)中集集團(tuán)事業(yè)部的組織績效評(píng)價(jià)體系的分析,研究建立一套基于財(cái)務(wù)比率分析的評(píng)價(jià)和考核體系。 財(cái)務(wù)比率分析評(píng)價(jià)體系需要選用一定的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建。作為衡量組織績效的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),指標(biāo)本身必須能體現(xiàn)對(duì)組織管理的綜合要求。從組織的發(fā)展過程來看,一個(gè)系統(tǒng)、有序的評(píng)價(jià)反饋系統(tǒng)對(duì)組織的生存和發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。一方面,財(cái)務(wù)比率分析指標(biāo)體系可以對(duì)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)進(jìn)行有效的承接和分解;另外一方面該指標(biāo)體系可以更全面的反映企業(yè)的運(yùn)營情況并能在引導(dǎo)企業(yè)管理者對(duì)企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展給予更多關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Organizational performance evaluation is a general evaluation of the overall operational effect of an organization by managers using a certain financial index system. Through effective evaluation, managers and stakeholders can be provided with relevant information and direction for improving organizational performance. Based on the analysis of the organizational performance evaluation system of CIMC Group, this paper studies and establishes a set of evaluation and appraisal system based on financial ratio analysis. The financial ratio analysis and evaluation system needs to select certain indexes to construct. As a measure of organizational performance, the indicators themselves must reflect the comprehensive requirements of organizational management. From the perspective of organizational development, a systematic and orderly evaluation feedback system plays an important role in the survival and development of an organization. On the one hand, the financial ratio analysis index system can carry on the effective undertaking and the decomposition to the enterprise strategic goal; On the other hand, the index system can reflect the operation of the enterprise more comprehensively and can guide the managers to pay more attention to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
