越南廉價(jià)航空業(yè)客運(yùn)發(fā)展模式研究

【摘要】:美國(guó)西南航空公司的成立標(biāo)志著一種新型航空模式—一廉價(jià)航空模式的誕生,然而西南航空公司成立之初卻并不被人看好,因?yàn)樗诤艽蟪潭壬项嵏擦巳藗儗?duì)航空公司的固有印象,但是隨著美國(guó)各大航空公司在經(jīng)濟(jì)蕭條時(shí)期紛紛損失嚴(yán)重的同時(shí),西南航空公司卻一枝獨(dú)秀,成績(jī)輝煌,人們開(kāi)始重新審視和效仿這種顛覆傳統(tǒng)的廉價(jià)航空模式,廉價(jià)航空成為世界航空業(yè)發(fā)展的一大趨勢(shì)。 越南航空業(yè)起步并不晚,早在20世紀(jì)50年代初期就成立了越南本國(guó)的航空公司,越南航空業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)整合、規(guī)劃、快速發(fā)展三個(gè)階段,在近十多年中取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,1995年,越南在整合原有20多家航空運(yùn)輸和服務(wù)公司的基礎(chǔ)上成立了越南航空公司。越南整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的特點(diǎn)非常適合廉價(jià)航空業(yè)的發(fā)展,廉價(jià)航空業(yè)在越南必將擁有非常廣闊的市場(chǎng)空間,對(duì)越南廉價(jià)航空業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及未來(lái)趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行研究和探討,構(gòu)建越南廉價(jià)航空業(yè)發(fā)展模式,有助于促進(jìn)越南整體航空業(yè)的全面發(fā)展,為其發(fā)展航空業(yè)找到突破口,在一定程度上對(duì)整個(gè)越南國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)起到良好的帶動(dòng)作用。 本文首先對(duì)越南廉價(jià)航空業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究,結(jié)合國(guó)外成熟的廉價(jià)航空發(fā)展模式,與越南廉價(jià)航空進(jìn)行對(duì)比,借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)理念和做法。之后通過(guò)運(yùn)用PEST等分析工具對(duì)越南發(fā)展廉價(jià)航空業(yè)的政策環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究,對(duì)越南廉價(jià)航空業(yè)發(fā)展所存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)、機(jī)遇,所面臨的劣勢(shì)、挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析,在這些研究的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建越南廉價(jià)航空發(fā)展模式,提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:The establishment of Southwest Airlines marks the birth of a new aviation model, a low-cost aviation model. However, Southwest Airlines was not expected at the beginning of its establishment. Because it subverts the stereotype of airlines to a large extent, but as the major American airlines have suffered severe losses during the recession, Southwest Airlines has outshone others and achieved brilliant results. People began to re-examine and imitate the traditional low-cost aviation model, low-cost aviation has become a major trend of the development of the world aviation industry. Vietnam's aviation industry started not late. As early as the early 1950s, Vietnam's own airlines were established. After three stages of integration, planning and rapid development, Vietnam's aviation industry has made considerable progress and development in the past decade or so. In 1995, Vietnam established Vietnam Airlines on the basis of the integration of more than 20 existing air transport and service companies. The characteristics of the whole social and economic environment of Vietnam are very suitable for the development of the cheap aviation industry, which will have a very broad market space in Vietnam. The present situation and future trend of the development of the cheap aviation industry in Vietnam are studied and discussed. The construction of the development model of Vietnam's cheap aviation industry will help to promote the overall development of Vietnam's aviation industry, find a breakthrough for its development, and to a certain extent, play a good driving role in the whole Vietnamese national economy. In this paper, the development status of cheap aviation industry in Vietnam is studied in detail. Combining with the mature development mode of cheap aviation abroad, this paper compares it with Vietnam's cheap aviation industry, and draws lessons from foreign advanced ideas and practices. After that, by using PEST and other analytical tools to study the policy environment, social environment, economic environment and technological environment of developing cheap aviation industry in Vietnam in detail, the advantages, opportunities, and disadvantages faced by the development of cheap aviation industry in Vietnam are studied in detail. On the basis of these studies, this paper constructs the development model of cheap aviation in Vietnam and puts forward some policy recommendations.
