基于貨主選港的港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)集裝箱港口間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。從傳統(tǒng)意義上來(lái)說(shuō),港口之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主要指的是對(duì)腹地貨源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。隨著國(guó)際多式聯(lián)運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)的迅猛發(fā)展,集裝箱海上運(yùn)輸與內(nèi)陸運(yùn)輸銜接愈發(fā)順暢,內(nèi)陸交通也更為便利,因此貨主受到陸上運(yùn)輸條件的制約越來(lái)越小,對(duì)港口的選擇也有了更大的自主性,使得港口之間對(duì)于貨源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越發(fā)激烈。 通過(guò)對(duì)港口企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的研究,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)在我國(guó)港口企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,目前的一些港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型存在著一定的局限性,即港口在考慮競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略時(shí),僅從自身角度出發(fā),很少考慮港口對(duì)貨主的吸引力,也就是貨主在選擇港口時(shí)的偏好。本文就是從貨主選擇港口的角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型模擬港口之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)問(wèn)題,研究集裝箱港口對(duì)貨主吸引力的影響因素,進(jìn)而分析各影響因素對(duì)貨主選港決策的重要性。 本文試圖運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型這一研究工具,對(duì)集裝箱港口企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)進(jìn)行研究,研究結(jié)果對(duì)集裝箱港口企業(yè)選擇競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略具有指導(dǎo)意義。研究思路是首先分析影響港口吸引力的主要因素,這些因素會(huì)進(jìn)一步影響貨主選擇出口集裝箱的港口時(shí)的決策,是港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的決定因素。然后請(qǐng)專家對(duì)港口吸引力的這些主要影響因素進(jìn)行打分,篩選出重要性強(qiáng)的影響因素,構(gòu)建港口吸引力影響因素指標(biāo)體系。然后利用指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)造結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,模擬出港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的結(jié)構(gòu),利用調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析各影響因素與港口吸引力之間的關(guān)系,為港口企業(yè)提高自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平提供了一定的參考,具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the competition between container ports in China is becoming increasingly fierce. In the traditional sense, the competition between ports mainly refers to the competition of the source of goods in hinterland. With the rapid development of international multimodal transport business, container maritime transport and inland transport links more smoothly, inland transportation is more convenient, so cargo owners are less and less restricted by land transport conditions. The choice of ports also has greater autonomy, which makes the competition between ports for the source of goods more intense. Through the research on the competition of port enterprises, it can be found that in the competition of port enterprises in our country, some current models of port competition have some limitations, that is, when considering the competition strategy, the port only starts from its own angle. Little consideration is given to the attractiveness of ports to cargo owners, that is, their preference for ports. From the point of view of cargo owners' choice of ports, this paper uses structural equation model to simulate the competition between ports, studies the factors influencing the attraction of container ports to cargo owners, and then analyzes the importance of these factors to the decision making of cargo owners' port selection. This paper attempts to use the structural equation model as a research tool to study the competition of container port enterprises. The research results have a guiding significance for container port enterprises to choose competitive strategy. The research idea is to analyze the main factors that affect the port attraction, which will further influence the decision of the cargo owner when choosing the port of export container, and is the decisive factor in the port competition. Then the experts are asked to rate the main influencing factors of port attractiveness, to screen out the influential factors of strong importance, and to construct the index system of port attraction influencing factors. Then the structure equation model is constructed by using the index system to simulate the structure of port competition, and the relationship between the influencing factors and the port attraction is analyzed by using the investigation data, which provides a certain reference for the port enterprises to improve their competitiveness. Has very strong realistic significance.
