【摘要】：地鐵票價(jià)及其改革歷來(lái)是社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),政府對(duì)地鐵補(bǔ)貼多少合理,北京市單一低票價(jià)是否合理,這些都需要進(jìn)行充分論證。在此,以北京市地鐵為例,充分論述其地鐵票價(jià)改革,同時(shí)圍繞準(zhǔn)公共產(chǎn)品的雙重屬性,深入研究地鐵票價(jià)定價(jià)現(xiàn)狀及問題,重點(diǎn)探究地鐵票價(jià)定價(jià)機(jī)理,并提出相應(yīng)的票價(jià)改革建議。
[Abstract]:The subway ticket price and its reform have always been the focus of attention of the society. The amount of government subsidy to subway is reasonable or not, and whether the single low ticket price in Beijing is reasonable, all of which need to be fully demonstrated. In this paper, taking Beijing metro as an example, the paper fully discusses the reform of subway ticket price, at the same time, focusing on the dual attributes of quasi-public goods, deeply studies the current situation and problems of subway fare pricing, and probes into the pricing mechanism of subway fare. And puts forward the corresponding fare reform proposal.
