【摘要】：后工業(yè)化階段,探尋鐵路運(yùn)輸發(fā)展趨勢(shì),解析趨勢(shì)變化的原因?qū)τ趪?guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型背景下的中國(guó)鐵路發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。通過(guò)分析美國(guó)、德國(guó)、法國(guó)、俄羅斯等歐美國(guó)家后工業(yè)化特征,認(rèn)為經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、特定國(guó)情、政府政策、經(jīng)營(yíng)創(chuàng)新等共同構(gòu)成了各國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸趨勢(shì)變化的主因,提出目前我國(guó)鐵路發(fā)展具有良好的復(fù)合性條件,并借鑒典型國(guó)家的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),從完善市場(chǎng)化改革的配套政策體系、推進(jìn)企業(yè)混合所有制改革、持續(xù)推進(jìn)鐵路全面創(chuàng)新、積極開拓國(guó)內(nèi)外運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)等方面提出對(duì)我國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸?shù)膯⑹炯敖ㄗh。
[Abstract]:In the post-industrialization stage, it is of great practical significance to explore the development trend of railway transportation and analyze the reasons for the change of the trend for China's railway development under the background of national economic transformation. By analyzing the characteristics of post-industrialization in the United States, Germany, France, Russia and other European and American countries, it is believed that the economic structure, specific national conditions, government policies, and business innovation together constitute the main reasons for the changes in the trend of railway transportation in various countries. The paper points out that the railway development in our country has good complex conditions at present, and draws lessons from the development experience of typical countries, from perfecting the supporting policy system of market-oriented reform, pushing forward the reform of mixed ownership of enterprises, and continuing to promote the overall innovation of railway. The enlightenment and suggestion to China's railway transportation are put forward from the aspects of developing domestic and foreign transportation market.
