【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的不斷推進(jìn),跨國經(jīng)營及國際貿(mào)易的迅速增加,集裝箱運(yùn)輸業(yè)取得了快速的發(fā)展,船隊(duì)規(guī)模不斷向大型化、專業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化方向發(fā)展,航運(yùn)企業(yè)取得了較好的經(jīng)營效益。 中海集裝箱運(yùn)輸股份有限公司主要從事集裝箱運(yùn)輸及相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的多元化經(jīng)營企業(yè)。中海集運(yùn)自1997年成立起,經(jīng)過10年的不懈努力和艱苦奮斗,終于實(shí)現(xiàn)了第一個(gè)10年跨越式發(fā)展,成為全球增長最快的集裝箱班輪企業(yè)。 目前中海集運(yùn)所處的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境與十年前相比,已發(fā)生了重大的變化,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長趨緩、運(yùn)力過剩、油價(jià)居高不下等將長期存在,航運(yùn)企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展面臨著更大的困難與挑戰(zhàn)。在此形勢下,要想成為行業(yè)的領(lǐng)先者,應(yīng)制定行之有效的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文論述了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理基本理論與集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展歷程及趨勢,運(yùn)用PEST模型、五力競爭模型分析中海集運(yùn)內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境,并用SWOT分析法分析中海集運(yùn)所面對(duì)的競爭優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會(huì)與威脅,對(duì)中海集運(yùn)所面臨的發(fā)展機(jī)遇與嚴(yán)峻競爭態(tài)勢進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié),進(jìn)而提出了中海集運(yùn)走“大船、大客戶、大合作”的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并制定出了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous advancement of global economic integration and the rapid increase of transnational operation and international trade, the container transport industry has made rapid development, and the scale of the fleet has continued to develop in the direction of large scale, specialization and modernization. Shipping enterprises have achieved better operating efficiency. China Shipping Container Transportation Co., Ltd. mainly engaged in container transport and related business diversification business. After 10 years of unremitting efforts and hard work, China Shipping has finally achieved the first ten years of leapfrog development and become the fastest growing container liner enterprise in the world. Compared with ten years ago, the strategic environment in which China's shipping gathering and transportation is located has undergone major changes. Global economic growth is slowing, transportation capacity is overcapacity, and oil prices will remain high for a long time. The survival and development of shipping enterprises are facing more difficulties and challenges. In this situation, in order to become the industry leader, we should formulate an effective enterprise development strategy. This paper discusses the basic theory of enterprise strategic management and the development course and trend of container transportation. Using PEST model and five-force competition model, the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of shipping container transportation, and analyzes the competitive advantage of shipping container transportation by SWOT analysis method. Inferiority, opportunity and threat, the development opportunity and severe competition situation faced by China Shipping are analyzed and summarized, and then the enterprise development strategy of "big ship, big customer, big cooperation" is put forward. And has worked out the realization this development strategy the correlation safeguard measure.
