黑龍江機(jī)場集團(tuán)機(jī)場建設(shè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:Heilongjiang's economy is developing rapidly, and the passenger and cargo throughput at various airports in Heilongjiang Province is also growing rapidly. The Heilongjiang Airport Group is facing new challenges and opportunities. Therefore, the problem is how to correctly grasp the future direction of development, sustainable, healthy, rapid and stable development. This paper analyzes the airport construction environment of Heilongjiang Airport Group, I. E. the current situation of transportation, airport network and financial management. In analyzing and studying the present situation of the airport construction of Heilongjiang Airport Group, we use the SWOT analysis method. The advantages, the development of economy and tourism of Heilongjiang Province, the disadvantage of Heilongjiang Province's industrial structure, which are determined by the industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province, are less suitable for air transportation. Opportunity-the geographical position and challenge of Heilongjiang Province-the development of roads and railways in Heilongjiang Province. At the same time, the demand of Heilongjiang air transportation in 2015 and 2020 is forecasted, which provides the basis for the establishment of airport construction strategy. According to the analysis of the development environment and the forecast of the transportation demand, the paper formulates the overall target of the group airport construction and development strategy and the strategic development goal of the central airport and the regional airport from the international and domestic aspects. On the basis of the establishment of the target, the extension scheme and the security management scheme of the central airport and the branch airport are designed. Aiming at the established strategic goal, the paper puts forward four measures to ensure the realization of the goal: adjusting the organization structure, improving the financial management, optimizing the material management and enhancing the level of information management.
