【摘要】：從鐵路中小型運輸服務商精細化管理出發(fā),結(jié)合鐵路中小型運輸服務商特性,科學構(gòu)建鐵路中小型運輸服務商精細化管理體系,并運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對其變量關系展開定量描述,該模型一定程度上解決測度變量主觀性較強,難以直接預測變量關系等缺陷,從而合理測度鐵路中小型運輸服務商精細化管理中各變量關系及影響力度.同時,以中鐵某局運輸分公司為例,運用所獲取的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)對其精細化管理體系展開綜合評價,進而驗證所構(gòu)建模型的有效性,并揭示影響其精細化體系管理成效關鍵因素的影響路徑和程度.
[Abstract]:Starting from the fine management of railway small and medium-sized transport service providers and combining the characteristics of railway small and medium-sized transport service providers, the paper scientifically constructs the fine management system of railway small and medium-sized transport service providers. The structural equation model is used to quantitatively describe the relationship between variables. To some extent, the model solves the defects such as the subjectivity of measurement variables and the difficulty of directly predicting the relationship of variables. Therefore, the relationship and influence of the variables in the fine management of small and medium-sized railway transport service providers can be reasonably measured. At the same time, taking a transportation branch of China Railway Bureau as an example, a comprehensive evaluation of its fine management system is carried out by using the obtained survey data, and the validity of the model is verified. It also reveals the influence path and degree of the key factors affecting the management effectiveness of its fine system.
