簡化商務(wù)計劃在民用機(jī)場的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:The simplified Business Plan has been implemented by the International Air Transport Association in recent years at airports around the world to improve air transport efficiency, simplify passenger travel processes, and enhance passenger satisfaction. With strong support from world airlines and airports, its 100 percent e-ticket launch is already available worldwide, with a simplified business plan expected to cut the industry's annual spending by at least $1.81 billion. China's civil aviation market is in a period of rapid development, and the annual turnover of passenger transport has basically remained at a rate of more than 10% per year. Such a rapidly developing market has brought a large number of people and logistics, how to quickly improve transport efficiency and save costs. It has become a problem that must be considered and solved. According to the development trend of passenger self-service, this paper analyzes the process of passenger check-in and the utilization of bar code technology in the current check-in scheme, according to the contents of the convenient travel project and the development trend of passenger self-service. As well as the self-service check-in project in China civil aviation airport promotion situation. In order to further popularize the self-help baggage check-in machine proposed in the convenient travel plan, this paper aims at the application of RFID technology in the baggage improvement plan, after analyzing the current mainstream baggage handling process and baggage handling system of CAAC. Based on the cases of RFID application in Hong Kong airport and RFID application in Beijing Capital Airport, this paper analyzes the benefits and problems that can be brought by the application of this technology to the airport baggage handling system, and points out that the development of different airports must be considered. With different application modes, some airports can wait and see further cost reduction of RFID application. In the last part of the article, according to the analysis of the development of each sub-project in our country, the author points out that the civil aviation airport of our country must be based on the actual situation of the airport, after fully balancing the direct relationship between the cost and the benefit, the implementation of the step by step utilization should be adopted. Integrate the effective resources of the airport units, promote the development of collaboration, and gradually enhance the overall airport service capacity.
