【摘要】：隨著城市現(xiàn)代化進程的加快，城市交通道路基礎設施建設隨之加快，城市基礎設施的新建、改建、擴建及維護項目日益增多。建設項目實施過程中往往需要占用交通道路，對路段交通產生較大影響，甚至波及到周圍的路網(wǎng)，導致路網(wǎng)局部交通供求不平衡。 為了降低這種負面影響，緩解交通設施施工陣痛期的局部交通壓力本文開展了城市建設期占道施工交通管理模型的研究，深入分析占道施工對城市交通的影響機制，為相關部門制定施工區(qū)的交通組織管理方案提供決策支持。 本文首先對國內外研究現(xiàn)狀進行分析，確定了城市占道施工中涉及的主體，并根據(jù)多主體理論建立了交管及規(guī)劃部門、施工單位、出行車輛、施工區(qū)域四個主體的BDI結構模型，明晰了各主體的目標、行為和相互協(xié)調等問題。然后在此基礎上根據(jù)博弈論分析了出行者之間、交管部門與出行者、交管及規(guī)劃部門與施工單位、施工單位與出行者四個博弈關系，并分別建立了各關系的博弈模型，得出了效益函數(shù)，，解決了主體間的協(xié)調問題。 在博弈分析的基礎上應用多主體仿真軟件Netlogo，研究了非完全占道施工情況下車輛的路徑選擇特性。仿真表明交管部門的誘導信息在引導車輛路徑選擇和交通分流中起著重要作用，同時該仿真還可以為交管部門合理疏散交通及施工單位合理安排施工占道提供支持。 仿真部分還重點研究了城市大規(guī)模完全占道施工情況下合理選擇施工路段及交通分流的問題。該仿真得出了交通信號燈最佳配時方法以及施工路段分階段選擇的原則，同時還研究了單行線的設置對交通的影響，分析了單行線的對交通結點的分流作用。 另外，根據(jù)仿真的方法，對長春市“兩縱兩橫”快速路建設工程做了案例分析，著重分析了在施工路段的交通問題，并提出了相關的解決策略。 最后，在各主體關系博弈模型和仿真的基礎上分別提出了城市建設施工期的方案性措施、工程性措施和管理性措施，為交管部門、城市建設規(guī)劃部門和施工單位合理制定交通管理方案和施工計劃提供了支持。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urban modernization, the construction of urban traffic road infrastructure is accelerating, and the construction, reconstruction, extension and maintenance projects of urban infrastructure are increasing day by day. Construction projects often need to occupy traffic roads in the process of implementation, which has a greater impact on road traffic, and even affects the surrounding road network, resulting in imbalance of local traffic supply and demand in the road network. In order to reduce the negative effects and relieve the local traffic pressure during the painful period of traffic facilities construction, this paper studies the traffic management model of urban construction in the period of urban construction, and deeply analyzes the influence mechanism of the construction on urban traffic. Provide decision support for relevant departments to formulate traffic organization and management plan of construction area. In this paper, firstly, the current research situation at home and abroad is analyzed, and the main body involved in urban road construction is determined, and the BDI structural model of traffic control and planning department, construction unit, travel vehicle and construction area is established according to the multi-agent theory. The objective, behavior and coordination of each subject are clarified. Then, according to the game theory, the paper analyzes the game relationship between the traffic control department and the traveler, the traffic control department and the planning department and the construction unit, the construction unit and the traveller, and establishes the game model of each relationship respectively. The benefit function is obtained and the coordination problem between the subjects is solved. On the basis of game analysis, the characteristics of vehicle routing under the condition of incomplete occupation construction are studied by using multi-agent simulation software Netlogo,. The simulation results show that the guidance information of traffic control department plays an important role in guiding vehicle routing and traffic diversion, and the simulation can also provide support for traffic management departments to evacuate traffic reasonably and construction units to arrange construction occupation reasonably. In the simulation part, the problem of reasonable selection of construction section and traffic diversion is studied. The simulation results show that the optimal timing method of traffic lights and the principle of selecting construction sections in stages. The influence of setting single line on traffic is also studied, and the shunt effect of single line on traffic node is analyzed. In addition, according to the method of simulation, this paper makes a case study on the construction project of "two vertical and two horizontal" expressway in Changchun, emphasizes on analyzing the traffic problems in the construction section, and puts forward some relevant solving strategies. Finally, on the basis of the game model and simulation of the main body relationship, the paper puts forward the project measures, the engineering measures and the management measures of the urban construction period, respectively, for the traffic management department. Urban construction planning departments and construction units to properly formulate traffic management plans and construction plans to provide support.
