深圳港港口供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)同管理研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模的日益擴(kuò)大,供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)日趨復(fù)雜,港口經(jīng)營(yíng)逐漸多元化。港口作為全球綜合運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的節(jié)點(diǎn),不僅是聯(lián)接水陸運(yùn)輸?shù)臉屑~,也是國(guó)際貿(mào)易往來(lái)各類貨物的集散地,在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中占據(jù)著重要位置。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)以及國(guó)際貿(mào)易的迅猛發(fā)展,港口間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈。港口的業(yè)務(wù)能力管理對(duì)港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提高具有重要的作用,其功能在不斷拓寬,與現(xiàn)代物流供應(yīng)鏈的關(guān)系也越來(lái)越密切,成為港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心環(huán)節(jié)。港口與供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)系發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了分離、整合和嵌入三個(gè)階段,形成了以港口為核心節(jié)點(diǎn)的港口供應(yīng)鏈的形態(tài)。港口已逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榫C合運(yùn)輸體系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的核心節(jié)點(diǎn),并成為了商品流、資金流及信息流的中心。 如何對(duì)港口供應(yīng)鏈中的各節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的行為進(jìn)行協(xié)同管理已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本文將港口作為供應(yīng)鏈上的一個(gè)核心節(jié)點(diǎn),以深圳港為研究實(shí)例,借助港口發(fā)展階段性理論和供應(yīng)鏈管理理論,探討如何進(jìn)行港口供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)同管理。 首先根據(jù)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外港口供應(yīng)鏈研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)基于對(duì)港口企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研后,指出其與傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈的差異,并對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈管理的基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行梳理,提出港口供應(yīng)鏈的概念。然后分別從靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)兩方面研究了港口供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)、外部和縱、橫向四個(gè)維度,并對(duì)港口企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)建;對(duì)影響港口供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理的重要指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建與分析,提出適合深圳港港口供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理的發(fā)展模式。根據(jù)協(xié)同管理理論,對(duì)深圳港港口供應(yīng)鏈柔性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并構(gòu)建柔性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,選取符合深圳港港口供應(yīng)鏈柔性運(yùn)作特點(diǎn)的指標(biāo),建立指標(biāo)體系,并利用一種改進(jìn)的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,得出深圳港港口供應(yīng)鏈的柔性水平。最后根據(jù)該模式構(gòu)建了基于協(xié)同管理的信息系統(tǒng),并提出了促進(jìn)深圳港港口供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同發(fā)展的目標(biāo)與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the global economy, the supply chain structure is becoming more and more complex, and the port management is gradually diversified. As the node of the global integrated transportation network, port is not only the hub of land and water transportation, but also the distribution center of various kinds of goods in international trade, which occupies an important position in international trade. With the steady growth of Chinese economy and the rapid development of international trade, the competition between ports is becoming more and more fierce. The management of port's business ability plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of the port, and its function is continuously broadened, and the relationship with the modern logistics supply chain is becoming more and more close, which has become the core link of port competition. The relationship between port and supply chain has experienced three stages: separation, integration and embedding, which forms the port supply chain with port as the core node. The port has been gradually transformed into the core node in the integrated transportation system network, and has become the center of commodity flow, capital flow and information flow. How to manage the behavior of each node in the port supply chain has become a hot issue. This paper takes the port as a core node in the supply chain, taking Shenzhen Port as an example, discusses how to carry out the cooperative management of the port supply chain with the help of the stage theory of port development and the theory of supply chain management. First of all, according to the domestic and foreign port supply chain research status analysis, at the same time, based on the current situation of port enterprises, points out the difference between the supply chain and traditional supply chain, and combs the basic theory of supply chain management. The concept of port supply chain is put forward. Then the static and dynamic aspects of the port supply chain are studied from the internal, external and vertical, horizontal four dimensions, and the port enterprise supply chain design and construction; Based on the analysis of the evaluation system of the important indexes affecting the cooperative management of the port supply chain, a development model suitable for the cooperation management of the port supply chain of Shenzhen Port is put forward. According to the cooperative management theory, this paper evaluates the flexibility of the supply chain of Shenzhen port, constructs the index system of flexibility evaluation, selects the index which accords with the flexible operation characteristics of the supply chain of Shenzhen port, and establishes the index system. Using an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the flexibility level of Shenzhen Port supply chain is obtained. Finally, based on the model, the information system based on collaborative management is constructed, and the goal and countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of the supply chain of Shenzhen Port are put forward.
