【摘要】：我國自從成功加入WTO,各行各業(yè)的競爭都愈發(fā)激烈,各行各業(yè)面對的挑戰(zhàn)也越來越大。機場作為典型的運輸行業(yè),其在競爭力上所面對的壓力也尤其沉重。同樣作為運輸行業(yè),鐵路以及高速公路在競爭上就顯得更加輕松,尤其目前鐵路已經(jīng)普遍提速,并且高速公路也已經(jīng)根據(jù)不同地段形成相應的交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)。從航空角度上來看,其改革發(fā)展的程度不夠,目前對于民航來說,已經(jīng)逐漸在航空使用燃料、航空公司本身以及航空管制上的獨立分管等方面進行改革,民航機場也逐漸的向獨立的經(jīng)濟實體轉(zhuǎn)換,成為真正的公司經(jīng)營模式。由于這種轉(zhuǎn)變使得機場原有的社會環(huán)境出現(xiàn)了很大的變化,那么如何能夠讓機場在新的環(huán)境中更好的、更順利的發(fā)展,成為各個機場都在面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和考驗。我國目前很多發(fā)達城市都沒有建立機場的必要條件,但是由于這些城市往來貿(mào)易量比較大,所以也就促成了候機樓的另外一種發(fā)展形式,這種形式就是將機場的候機樓建立在這些城市的郊區(qū)或距離相對較遠但是具備機場建立的城市中,通過機場通勤大巴實現(xiàn)旅客能夠順利往返候機樓的需求,對旅客的時間成本和出行的成本都實現(xiàn)了充分的節(jié)約。在本文的研究過程中,主要以沈陽桃仙機場為例,為機場旅客的進出港服務(wù)制定一套更加合理、利于發(fā)展的方案。在對沈陽桃仙機場進出港服務(wù)方案進行設(shè)計的過程中,將以流程評估及量化分析的方式進行研究,通過方案的制定為桃仙機場旅客進出港的管理工作提供進一步的支撐。本文的研究是建立在桃仙機場之上的,研究的旅客進出港問題也充分結(jié)合了桃仙機場的實際情況和特點,針對桃仙機場的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題以及進出港流程等進行研究,得出一套標準的流程,為桃仙機場進出港旅客管理的計劃和方案提供參考的依據(jù)。本文在研究過程中充分結(jié)合機場相關(guān)流程的理論知識,同時還與桃仙機場旅客進出港的實際情況相結(jié)合,從研究意義上來看,本文的研究對國內(nèi)相關(guān)機場旅客進出港的管理具有一定的借鑒意義,同時在本文的研究過程中還提出了一些針對桃仙機場的建議和方案,更加有針對性。
[Abstract]:Since China's accession to the WTO, the competition in all walks of life has become more and more intense, and the challenges faced by all walks of life have become more and more serious. As a typical transport industry, airport is also facing a particularly heavy pressure on its competitiveness. From the aviation point of view, the degree of reform and development is not enough. At present, for civil aviation, it has gradually reformed the use of aviation fuel, the airlines themselves and the independent management of air traffic control, and civil aviation airports have also gradually changed. As a result of this change, the original social environment of the airport has changed greatly. How to make the airport develop better and smoothly in the new environment has become a challenge and test for all airports. Cities do not have the necessary conditions to build airports, but because of the large volume of trade between these cities, another form of development of airport terminals has been facilitated, which is to build airport terminals in the suburbs of these cities or in cities with relatively long distances but airports, and to commute through airport buses. In this paper, taking Shenyang Taoxian Airport as an example, a set of more reasonable and conducive to the development of the airport passenger entry and exit services is formulated. In the process of designing the business plan, the process evaluation and quantitative analysis will be carried out to provide further support for the management of passenger entry and exit in Taoxian Airport. In view of the present situation of Taoxian Airport, the existing problems and the inbound and outbound process, a set of standard process is obtained to provide reference for the plan and scheme of the inbound and outbound passenger management of Taoxian Airport. Combining the actual situation of passenger arrival and departure, from the research point of view, this study has a certain reference significance for the domestic airport passenger arrival and departure management. At the same time, in the course of this study, some suggestions and plans for Taoxian Airport are put forward, which is more targeted.
