【摘要】：為使鐵路運輸企業(yè)將精力集中于影響企業(yè)經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵活動上,并最終完成總體績效目標(biāo),在概述關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)(KPI)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)鐵路運輸企業(yè)的總體考核要求,運用KPI方法工具,對影響經(jīng)營業(yè)績的安全、運輸收入、利潤、運量及周轉(zhuǎn)量、客戶等關(guān)鍵成功因素進行分析,在關(guān)鍵成功因素的基礎(chǔ)上確定鐵路運輸企業(yè)下屬基層站段的關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo),將關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)與每位員工的具體工作掛鉤,以有效地對其工作情況進行評價。
[Abstract]:In order to make railway transportation enterprises focus on the key activities that affect the business objectives, and finally complete the overall performance goals, on the basis of summarizing the (KPI) theory of key performance indicators, according to the overall evaluation requirements of railway transport enterprises, The key success factors, such as safety, transportation income, profit, transportation volume, turnover and customer, are analyzed by using KPI method. On the basis of the key success factors, the key performance indicators of the subordinate stations and sections of railway transportation enterprises are determined, and the key performance indicators are linked to the specific work of each employee in order to evaluate their work situation effectively.
