基于實(shí)證的貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, the development of China's international trade has shown an astonishing upward trend. However, because of the great changes in China's trade policy, the import and export of various types of business growth have taken place. In particular, with the accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the hindrance of foreign enterprises entering the Chinese market has shrunk sharply. Therefore, if we want to re-enter the track of benign development, we must improve the impact of adverse factors in order to survive in such a fierce competitive market. This paper mainly combines the relevant theoretical knowledge of international freight forwarder, taking the specific logistics enterprise freight forwarder department as the research object, carries on the research through the questionnaire form, uses the statistical method, on the basis of the qualitative analysis, makes the quantitative judgment. The purpose of this paper is to explore the optimal scheme of container freight forwarding business process. Based on this, the article mainly discusses from five parts. The first part is the introduction part, which introduces the research background, research significance and domestic and foreign research overview; the second part is the overview of relevant theories, mainly the container and international freight forwarding related theoretical knowledge. To lay a theoretical foundation for the writing of the paper, to ensure the practicality of the paper. The third part is mainly aimed at the results of the questionnaire made by company A in the early stage. Therefore, the present situation and results of container freight forwarding business process are analyzed. Based on the actual background of company A, the actual situation of freight forwarding business is expounded. And through the questionnaire survey results to establish the relevant evaluation index system, and then according to the corresponding index results of the process of in-depth analysis, leading to the company's container freight forwarding agent business process reengineering research; The fourth part is the core chapter of the article, this part is mainly to optimize the freight forwarding business process of A company. This paper first points out the objectives and principles of business process optimization, then, based on the existing business process, makes the optimization scheme, and puts forward the requirements of organizational reorganization. At the same time, it also makes the corresponding design requirements for the related human resources and information systems. Finally, the predictable problems in the business process are carefully considered and solved. It is helpful to redesign the business process of container freight forwarder and to achieve the purpose of the article. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of the article, summarizes the article, and discusses the future research direction.
