【摘要】：加入WTO后,中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展表現(xiàn)出了驚人的上升趨勢(shì),但是由于我國(guó)貿(mào)易政策發(fā)生了巨大改變,造成進(jìn)口和出口各種類(lèi)別的業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)。特別是隨著加入世界貿(mào)易組織,使外國(guó)企業(yè)進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的阻礙下降程度大幅萎縮。因此,要想重新走上軌道的良性發(fā)展,必須改善不利因素的影響,才能夠在如此激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)中得以生存。 本文主要是結(jié)合國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),以具體的物流企業(yè)貨代部門(mén)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的形式進(jìn)行研究,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法,在定性分析基礎(chǔ)上,做出定量判斷,達(dá)到探尋集裝箱貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)務(wù)流程最優(yōu)方案的目的。 基于此,文章主要從五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行論述。第一部分是緒論部分,介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述；第二部分是相關(guān)理論概述,主要對(duì)集裝箱以及國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行介紹,為文章的寫(xiě)作奠定理論基礎(chǔ),確保論文研究的切實(shí)性；第三部分主要是針對(duì)A公司在前期做的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行結(jié)果統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析,從而體現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的集裝箱貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)務(wù)流程的現(xiàn)狀與結(jié)果分析,在A公司實(shí)際背景的基礎(chǔ)下,對(duì)其現(xiàn)行的貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行闡述,并通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查結(jié)果建立相關(guān)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,然后根據(jù)相應(yīng)的指標(biāo)結(jié)果對(duì)流程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入剖析,從而引出公司的集裝箱貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)務(wù)流程再造問(wèn)題研究；第四部分是文章的核心章節(jié),這一部分主要是對(duì)A公司的貨代業(yè)務(wù)流程做出優(yōu)化研究。先指出業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)與原則,然后以現(xiàn)行的業(yè)務(wù)流程為依據(jù)做出優(yōu)化方案,并提出組織重組的要求,同時(shí)對(duì)相關(guān)的人力資源與信息系統(tǒng)也做出相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)要求。最后對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程中可預(yù)知的問(wèn)題仔細(xì)思考并解決。做到提前防范困難的發(fā)生,并有一定的措施解決方案,有助于對(duì)公司集裝箱貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行再設(shè)計(jì)的可實(shí)施性,從而達(dá)到文章的研究目的。第五部分是文章的結(jié)論與展望部分,對(duì)文章進(jìn)行總結(jié),并且對(duì)未來(lái)研究方向進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, the development of China's international trade has shown an astonishing upward trend. However, because of the great changes in China's trade policy, the import and export of various types of business growth have taken place. In particular, with the accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the hindrance of foreign enterprises entering the Chinese market has shrunk sharply. Therefore, if we want to re-enter the track of benign development, we must improve the impact of adverse factors in order to survive in such a fierce competitive market. This paper mainly combines the relevant theoretical knowledge of international freight forwarder, taking the specific logistics enterprise freight forwarder department as the research object, carries on the research through the questionnaire form, uses the statistical method, on the basis of the qualitative analysis, makes the quantitative judgment. The purpose of this paper is to explore the optimal scheme of container freight forwarding business process. Based on this, the article mainly discusses from five parts. The first part is the introduction part, which introduces the research background, research significance and domestic and foreign research overview; the second part is the overview of relevant theories, mainly the container and international freight forwarding related theoretical knowledge. To lay a theoretical foundation for the writing of the paper, to ensure the practicality of the paper. The third part is mainly aimed at the results of the questionnaire made by company A in the early stage. Therefore, the present situation and results of container freight forwarding business process are analyzed. Based on the actual background of company A, the actual situation of freight forwarding business is expounded. And through the questionnaire survey results to establish the relevant evaluation index system, and then according to the corresponding index results of the process of in-depth analysis, leading to the company's container freight forwarding agent business process reengineering research; The fourth part is the core chapter of the article, this part is mainly to optimize the freight forwarding business process of A company. This paper first points out the objectives and principles of business process optimization, then, based on the existing business process, makes the optimization scheme, and puts forward the requirements of organizational reorganization. At the same time, it also makes the corresponding design requirements for the related human resources and information systems. Finally, the predictable problems in the business process are carefully considered and solved. It is helpful to redesign the business process of container freight forwarder and to achieve the purpose of the article. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of the article, summarizes the article, and discusses the future research direction.
